Beautiful lakeside villa with private jetty, jacuzzi and a spacious wooden deck that offers sun from morning to late evening. Besides the secluded jacuzzi the deck offers a large bbq great for outside dinners. The house is close to a public beach with a waterslide and bar/ restaurant. The house is located in a quiet green area close to the royal castle and nature reserve, reachable by underground (23 min. to Fridhemsplan) or by car (13 min. from Kungsholmen). This newly-built apartment has an unusually good view, in a newly-built house with an environmental profile, completed in 2025. Here, you can wake up and hear the waves cluck. Two architects have built a villa with apartments, for the extended family. Parts of it are now being rented out. From the accommodation, it is a 5-minute walk to the subway (500 meters), which takes you to the T-centralen (Central Station) in 16 minutes.
