If you are looking to experience lake life, look no further! Our Guest House sits on the beautiful 140 acre Bullock Pen Lake. The Guest House is fully renovated and decorated with relaxation in mind. It has everything you would need for your stay. After all, the lake is where your worries fade and memories are made! WEEKEND SPECIAL + LOW NIGHTLY RATE - Choose Anna’s Place and you will enjoy easy access to everything from the ARK Encounter to the Cincinnati Zoo. Our guests will have access to the entire side of the duplex which includes 2 bedrooms upstairs in addition to the full bath. The Cute Little House Near The Ark Encounter

The "Little House" is a cute 1 bedroom house located on our farm in a beautiful country setting with 6 acres of outdoor space for relaxing. It is separate from our home and is all yours. It is conveniently located only 8 miles from the Ark Encounter and you only need to make one turn to get there. We have chickens, ducks, turkeys, a horse, and 11 goats. We also have a 1/2 mile nature trail to explore with a scavenger hunt, and a campfire spot with free firewood.

Come visit the beautiful countryside and stay in this adorable cabin right outside the city limits of Cynthiana, KY! Located on over 90 acres, this place has a million dollar view of a large pond and huge pasture fields. It's only a short 5 mile drive into town where there is an abundance of local restaurants and small downtown shops. Enjoy a campfire with the on-site fire pit or go for walk and do some exploring. This ranch style home has a no infant/toddler/children policy and there is no smoking/vaping anywhere on premises. It offers 2 bed & bathrooms, living & reading rooms, kitchen, dining room, front porch w/ swing & deck overlooking the yard. Glass doors open to the deck from the open floor plan. The master features a Tempurpedic queen, en suite with tub & shower. Bedroom 2 has an innerspring double/full bed & is beside a second bathroom with shower.

Located right outside of Williamstown, Grammer's place is small but cozy! Our home is just 5 miles from the Ark Encounter and 35 minutes from the Creation Museum. Grammer's Place is a tiny house that sits very close to my personal home, but you will have access to as much privacy as needed. Along with this, guests will still have access to their own parking spaces. And just a few steps from the drive, up the ramp and on the porch.
