Rekonstrukcijom postojećeg objekta, SFIDA Residence zadržala je sve originalne elemente gradnje, a uz moderni dizajn uređenja i tehnologije, pretvorena je u luksuzno opremljenu rezidenciju za odmor. SFIDA Residence opremljena je WI-FI internetom, LCD televizorima, a sve prostorije su klimatizirane i posjeduju podno grijanje.

Experience Korčula from our spacious, bright apartment, located next to the sea in the old town & city center of Korčula. Apartment Noela is located in the old town & city center of Korčula, in the first row of the houses, just above the sea. In one of the most attractive streets of Korčula old town, all within walking distance to ferry port, lovely restaurants, shops, wine and tapas bars, arts venues, historical monuments, pharmacy etc., 20 meters from steps to the sea and spots to swim.

Old Town Villa "Carpe Diem"

Carpe Diem is an air-conditioned entire house accomodation, set among old town core 500m from everything. There are 5 floors - first floor is an entrance with wine cellar, sauna and first bathroom. Next two upper floors are open-type bedrooms, each equipped with double bed and own bathroom. The entire fourth floor is a rustic styled kitchen, and the fifth floor is an under roof loft with an additional fifth and sixth single bed and sat-tv. The apartment was renovated to reflect the original layout from the 18th century; please note that people back then didn't live in big spaces :)
