Holiday rentals with beach access in Dubai Marina

We have stayed in this building a few times before. In general The location is great with all the amenities you can expect such as parking, gym and pool with direct access to the beach. The apartment was well equipped with everything you could need for your stay. The balcony was comfortable with seating for 5-6 people and although it was only on the fourth floor it had great views across JBR to the left and the harbour and palm Jumeira to the right. Would recommend this.

Absolutely wonderful home and an even more amazing host! From the very beginning, the clear and thoughtful instructions made everything feel easy and welcoming. The apartment itself is stunning — beautifully designed, perfectly located and with great access to hotel amenities and nearby spots. Everything came together to make the stay effortlessly enjoyable. Simply perfect stay! The B&B turned out to be exactly as in the photos, if not better. From the very first moment, I was struck by the impeccable cleanliness: every room was perfectly tidy, sanitized and cared for in every detail. It is rare to find accommodation where the cleanliness is so evident and constant. The structure is splendid, organized with taste and intelligence. Each space has been designed to offer comfort and practicality, without ever sacrificing aesthetics. The furnishings are modern but cozy, and the layout of the rooms makes the stay very pleasant, whether it is a weekend or a longer stay. All the promised services were present and fully functional: from the fast Wi-Fi connection to the equipped kitchen, from the air conditioning to the hot water always available, nothing was missing. The care and attention of the managers in wanting to offer a unique experience is clearly perceived

This apartment exceeded all my expectations! The view from the apartment is absolutely stunning, and I genuinely loved spending time there — the atmosphere feels so clean, cozy, and inviting. The apartment itself is incredibly comfortable and has such a pleasant vibe; it truly felt like a home away from home. I really appreciated that, since I stayed a bit longer, the hosts kindly offered me a complimentary cleaning — such a thoughtful touch! The communication was wonderful and the people behind this place are genuinely kind and attentive. Out of all the apartments I’ve ever stayed in through Airbnb, this one is truly number one for me. I loved it so much that I have already booked it again for my next stay. To be continued…! A huge thank you to the owners for making my stay so special!

Reece was amazing throughout my whole stay & kept on top of everything. Great apartment in a great location can’t fault my stay.

Zilal was very responsive. We asked for cleaning supplies and he immediately provided us with them. The area is great for families with a play area just around the corner.

I celebrated my and my friend's birthday at Olga's Villa. I couldn't ask for more for my Birthday :) The villa was very clean, spotless and top notch! Everything was well in place and exactly the way it was described. The location was perfect , next to the mall and to the beach. The location was also a bit private and completely away from the noise of the city! Olga was a very responsive and proactive and helped in organizing the stay very well and quick. The price of the property was worth the stay! The caretaker of the villa ''Etsy'' was very pleasant, helpful and friendly and I would give 10 stars to Etsy on how she takes care of the guests. Thank you Olga for being such a great host and providing us your space. We had such a magical time and I really look forward to booking your place once again, especially in winters to enjoy the pool more ;) Thank you so much once again :)

Nice property, definitely recommend for a big family for comfortable space, spacious rooms and bathrooms. Totally loved it

Everything was exactly as described and matched the photos. The outdoor area would benefit from a proper dining table to allow guests to enjoy meals outside comfortably. Other than that, everything was perfect. Thank you for the quick response to a small issue—which was resolved immediately.

I got what I really expected, communication was great and meeting my requirements was precise. It was such a smooth stay.

It was a really nice place to stay at! Especially the terrace was amazing with a beautiful view. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need from cleaning supplies to plates and so on. Port de la mer itself is a quiet place with lots of possibilities to go for a walk. I for sure can recommend Georg and this apartment!

Nice place and location!

Our stay at the apartment in Dubai was absolutely fantastic! It exceeded our expectations in every way. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The furniture was tidy and comfortable. There were a few minor signs of use, but that’s totally normal for a holiday apartment and didn’t bother us at all. The view was phenomenal – overlooking the Marina Walk, it was truly breathtaking. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back!

Almira was a wonderful host. Very easy to communicate with. Her apartment is really beautiful and in a wonderful location. A bit noisy because of the busy roads but we had no problem sleeping. Definitely a must stay place.

Great apartment in a good Marina location. Pool and fitness club are good. Only thing you should know - it is very noisy and traffic to/from the hotel is tricky in rush hours. Overall - value for money and host is great.

a great place to stay, whether short or long term. I was a bit worried when booking knowing it was a capsule hostel, however the capsule was spacious. place was clean and other guests were respectful for those looking for needed sleep. hrwat value for a good space! Nas is also a great host, although i didn't communicate with him much, when I did he was helpful. Will definitely stay here again when I come back!

We stayed in this dream apartment. Host Raymond welcomed us very warmly and always responded quickly to our questions. When we arrived, he had nice touches. The apartment is beautiful, clean. And everything is well thought out. Very well-equipped kitchen, bathroom with hair dryer, bathrobe. Beach bag and linen. Quiet place away from the hustle and bustle but close to the different possibilities of activities. Beautiful private beach. We were able to enjoy the gym overlooking the sea and the Atlantic. Very nice pool. Everything was really perfect. Best place we've booked. And we hope to be back soon.
