Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Dubrovačko Primorje

This apartment is on the lower floor, the owners live above. Very peaceful with a great view of the mountains and historic wall from the porch. Only a couple of steps to get to the apartment. A short walk takes you to a building before the fort with two excellent restaurants; the one closest to the fort can arrange an oyster tour with a boat - highly recommended!

Brilliant location right on the sea, with a balcony. Apartment was spotlessly clean. Our flight was delayed and we arrived very late, so we really appreciated the excellent communication that we had from the host.

Very welcoming hosts with lots of tips for activities and tours. Quiet room in a rural location and close to a sandy beach, accessible by car via a dirt road with few people because the road is private. to see the sunset over the sea and the islands. Dubrovnik is only an hour away. I recommend it.

We had a very nice time at Nada and were able to relax wonderfully. The apartment is fantastically located and was also big enough for us, a couple with a baby. It was clean and the communication worked smoothly.

Very good stay in Slano. The accommodation is very suitable for 8 people (4 adults and 4 children). Quiet and peaceful environment. The terrace is very nice. Thanks to Nada for hosting us.

A very good location.

We spent amazing holidays at Villa Olga. House maybe is not a newest one and might need some renovations here and there, but it offers full range of services. Amazing pool, play room for children, outddoor playground and many many more. It's located in very quiet town of Broce, with Ston in walking distance where you can find many restaurants and shops. However, the biggest plus are the owners: Niko and Milo. They make you feel like you are visiting family, they are very heplfull and communicative. Once again thank you for everything and hopefully see you again in the future!

Without a doubt Miranda and Anton are the best Airbnb hosts we have ever met. They are welcoming and friendly and gave us lots of suggestions for places to visit and restuarants to eat at that we would never have thought of. The Villa is traditionally Croatian and has many interesting features. Everything is spotlessly clean and there is everything you need in the kitchen. It is older but that adds to the charm. A car is essential as there are no areas to go walking but the sea at the front door more than makes up for it. Steps down to the rocky shoreline enables you to snorkel swim, kayak, paddleboard or just relax on a lounger. We had an amazing holiday thanks to our wonderful hosts. There is something about this Villa that draws you back....I hope we can return some day.

The house is located directly on the sea and is a wonderful place to relax and sunbathe, the clear water invites you to swim and snorkel. For a small extra charge of ten euros per day you can rent a dinghy for two people. The terrace gives a great view of the sea and the opposite island. The road on the mountain above the house is well traveled but not disturbing. The house itself is very well equipped, the living areas are air conditioned. The location is excellent, in 30 minutes you can be in Dubrovnik. The neighboring village Slano is only five minutes away by car, there is a bakery, supermarket, small restaurants and water sports. Ane and her family are very good hosts, very friendly and always available by phone or in person. All in all, a great location that we are very happy to recommend!!!

Dora is quite accommodating for schedules. As for the place, it was perfect for what I came to do in Slano, close to the beach and has a terrace that can be enjoyed. Great!

The house is very functional. The view of the mountains is absolutely superb and the area is very relaxing. We took advantage of the pool. The house is located in the mountains, so it's a bit far from everything. Nikša is a very welcoming host and offers good advice.

Absolutely beautiful stay in a quiet yet central location. I absolutely loved staying at Ines’ place, and found it to be really great value. Just note, the coordinates on the listing are a little off, but the address is correct. So I would recommend just reaching out to Ines beforehand for some details on the location or she could even send you a pin. She is always very responsive and helpful. The apartment is clean and so cute, it has everything you’ll need for a short stay, and the real draw of this place is the beautiful outdoor space, which is a small garden with some Mediterranean trees like orange and fig. How amazing to wake up surrounded by trees and birds but still be in the city! The outdoor space is shared between three apartments but is very quiet, and you also have a little private area on the side next to the door. Also, the bed is very comfortable- I felt like Ines really cared for her place and maintains it beautifully. Would love to come back some day!

Listing as described. Perfect location close to small quiet beaches and at the same time close to Dubrovnik. Public transport nearby. Lazar is very friendly, he even helped us carry our luggage. I would recommend this nice little place!

Kristina’s apartment is equipped with top quality furniture and decoration. It is very spacious. The best part is the two balconies facing to the ocean, you can sit there enjoying the sunrises and sunsets. There is a little bit walk to the old town, but it’s quite pleasant walk. Kristina and Robi are excellent hosts. They greet to their guests in person and give very detailed information about Dubrovnik, and they are very responsive. It was a very pleasant stay in Kristina’s place. I highly recommend it.

LOCATION is perfect esp. if you want to avoid the steps. The place is suoer clean and bigger than the picture.

Great place for the price. Location was excellent. Maris was very helpful, responsive and informative! As one review pointed out there is a LOT of uphill steps to get from the old city to the apartment, so enjoy the free workout every time you head back to the apartment 😉 Definitely not accessible for people with mobility issues, but to be honest that goes for Dubrovnik in general.
