The house is surrounded by greenery (beneath Petka nature park) and is on top of a dead-end street with no traffic. Old town is 3km away (35min on foot or 10 min by bus), bus station and grocery store are 2min/100m walking distance while Lapad bay with beaches, bars and walking promenade is at 10min.
