Holiday rentals with a patio in Dubrovnik-Neretva County

Absolutely fabulous 5 days in this beautiful apartment with outstanding views! Within easy walking distance of the centre of Cavtat, which has so many great restaurants & beach bars! It is a short steep walk back up (just like a lot of places in the area!) but worth it for the amazing views! We found the road a little easier than the steps, nice to have the option! Victoria was very helpful and on hand for anything we needed, even providing fresh towels & toilet rolls mid stay! The pool area was lovely, never busy and a great place to watch the beautiful sunsets! The apartment is on the road into Cavtat (also the inbound flight path), which wasn’t busy at night, also, the apartment seemed very well soundproofed, so we didn’t hear anything at night and enjoyed watching the planes in the day! The only disappointing thing was lack of furniture on the bedroom balcony, which was a shame, as we’d like to of used it! We would all highly recommend the apartment and hope to return!

It was a great stay and such a good decision to stay right outside the walls, away from the extreme noise inside but still right next to it, 5 mins walk from almost everything, while having your privacy and peace. Beauty, serenity and incredible views! Our stay was an amazing experience. The apartment is a modern, spotless apartment about 25 minutes from the old town of Dubrovnik. We very much appreciated the tranquility of the location, with birds chirping in the morning as we took in the breathtaking views of Dubrovnik. A big plus for us was the famous Sveti Jakov beach which was only a 5 minutes walk away. We did morning and sunset swims, and even ate dinner at the beach restaurant. The beach felt very much like a hidden gem, especially at the end of our day tours. Our host Jelena was extremely friendly, and responsive, answering messages within minutes. She even placed a pizza delivery order for us on our first night as we were tired after a long travel day. Visitors should know that this apartment is a bit difficult to access and there are many stairs. This was not a problem for us because Jelena made sure we had help to carry our luggage. Thank you Jelena!

Wir hatten eine wirklich wunderbare Zeit! Die Wohnung ist absolut empfehlenswert – modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und vor allem die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Der Strand ist in weniger als 10 Minuten bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, und in direkter Nähe befinden sich ein Supermarkt, ein dm sowie eine Bushaltestelle – alles, was man braucht, ist also schnell zur Hand. Martina und Dorian waren äußerst freundlich, jederzeit erreichbar und haben uns mit vielen wertvollen Tipps versorgt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Verten var vennlig og imøtekommende. Renholder var tvert i mot. Kjempefin leilighet med alt du skulle kunne trenge. Rent og pent. Mye små maur på sofaen ute. Gode solsenger. Flott utsikt til gamlebyen og øya Lokrum. Greit å finne frem, sentral beliggenhet men vær obs på mange bakker og trapper. Mye trafikk, men ikke mye støy. Deilige strandhåndkler.

We had an amazing time at Marianas place. She welcomed us with open arms and provided us with additional amenities for our 18month old daughter. She was friendly, kind and made us feel at home with some homemade apple pie. The view from the balcony was incredible and made for a beautiful holiday (especially as we spent a bit of time at the house because we had a toddler). We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.

One could never feel disappointed as every possible need had been taken into account in the apartment. We wanted fir mothing. Mark drove us to the Old City and offered to drive us around if required. We would advise anyone visiting Dubrovnik to book in with them and their convenient location. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

We stayed at La Scuola di Anna for a couple of days, and it was absolutely amazing! The place is full of charm, history, and peaceful energy. The surroundings are stunning—lush nature, the calm sea nearby, and the authentic atmosphere of Mljet made it a perfect escape.

We loved Ivan’s place! He sent me very detailed photos on how to get in since we were arriving at night. Gave us very good recommendations for local eats and places near old town as well. Space was perfect for us 2 couples and loved being a bit away from old town. Highly recommend!

I stayed for 5 days, during which I felt very happy with the room. You have literally everything in the room, snacks, towels, detergents, washing machine, a nice balcony. The location is away from the crowds of the old city but about 20 mins. walk to it, and 3 mins with the bus, and if you decide to visit Lapad, also very convenient with the location. Communication with Gloria was very good. All in all a very good place for solo travellers or couples.

Nikolina’s place was perfect - the views from the balcony are stunning (especially during sunset). It’s close enough to the old town by transport but also feels nice and peaceful. Views aside, Nikolina was a very responsive, helpful and kind host. We would highly recommend this place if you’re in Dubrovnik 😄

We enjoyed everything about this place. From communication, checkin, the apartment itself. We went to another city and missed the apartment already and want to go back. We got spoiled with the beauty of the interior, the space, and we did not miss anything!! Very comfortable beds and pillows. Highly recommended

Le logement correspond totalement à la description. l'environnement est exceptionnel, la vue sur la mer depuis la terrasse, la chambre et la piscine est extraordinaire. Marija est toujours disponible, nous proposant une très belle excursion en bateau et nous avons ou profiter des figues du jardin! je recommande totalement ce logement

It was a wonderful stay. The house and the view are an absolute dream. The kitchen is really well equipped. We can highly recommend it!

If we could give six stars, we absolutely would – but since Airbnb only allows five, that will have to do! We don’t want to spoil Ana and Tomislav’s trade secrets, but they have truly figured out how to make an Airbnb stay so much more than just a place to sleep. The apartment itself was already wonderful – fully equipped with everything we needed, plus many fantastic little extras here and there. The kids were thrilled with the balls, and I personally appreciated the grill, yoga mat and dumbbells. Communication was proactive, and the hosts were incredibly warm-hearted and welcoming. We visited three countries during our trip, and without a doubt, the highlight for our whole family was the full-day private boat trip organized by the Ana & Tomislav. It was an unforgettable day exploring the nearby islands on a private boat – absolutely magical and so easy - everything was taken care of for us so we could just have fun and relax. Highest recommendations.

Marina szállásának kiváló az elhelyezkedése. A szállás alatti strand tökéletesen megfelelt. Ott tartózkodásunk alatt más strandokat is meglátogattunk, de ez volt a legjobb SUP, úszás, sznorkelezés, napozás szempontjából. Az óváros 20 perc kellemes séta. A leírásnak és fotóknak megfelelő a szállás. Parkolni is tudtunk a szállás közvetlen közelében. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat ezen a gyönyörű helyen.

Betina var otroligt gästvänlig och välkomnande! Hämtade och lämnade oss i hamnen och bjöd på egen olivolja, bakelse, en stor fruktskål och vin från ön. Lägenheten var fin och sval och uteplatsen stor med vacker utsikt i skuggan under en vindruvspergola. Rekommenderar boendet hos Betina!

Lovorka and her family were extremely friendly and welcoming. They even invited us for dinner - which we were super grateful for. Their home is the perfect vacation home - it has its own private beach, where we sat and watched cruises and boats sail by. We swam in those lovely transparent waters every day, never getting enough! The entire apartment has been elegantly renovated and is only 15 minutes driving from Dubrovnik. The rooms are spacious and the beds confortable. It would have been nice to have comforters and extra pillows, as well as a center table in the living room, as there is only one small side table and not enough space to place things. The bathrooms were clean. We had a great vacation, were able to rest and disconnect. Old town Dubrovnik is beautiful. We had dinner there several times at lovely restaurants. Overall, we are super happy having stayed at Lovorka's home and hope to return next year. Thank you!

Super stay! Bruno was a really welcoming host. The apartment had everthing you required. Set in a peaceful location about a 25 min walk into the old town. The view from the balcony was a real treat.

Antonija's place was amazing. Beautifull ocean views and a small beach nearby where you can rent kayaks, SUPs and boats. The perfect spot for a peaceful getaway at this gorgeous island. Host Antonija was everything you could wish for. An enthusiastic person with a big heart for her guests. She gave us a lot of information about the island and its places and traditions. We would definitely recommend staying here and will hopefully find our way back to this place in the future.

Great place—exactly as described! The apartment has one very large bedroom and a second decent-sized room, plus a hallway cupboard for hanging clothes. The living room downstairs is very spacious, and all amenities are provided. The shower was a highlight: roomy, with strong water pressure and consistently hot water. The location is a nice balance—about a 20-minute walk to the old town, so you’re close enough to explore but far enough to enjoy peace and quiet away from the busy areas. There aren’t many shops immediately nearby, but there’s a lovely bakery just 2 minutes away with delicious pastries, and two small supermarkets within a 5-minute walk. Only small feedback: the bedroom shutters weren’t blackout, so the room got quite bright in the morning—which might not be ideal for light sleepers (though that’s a personal preference). Overall, a great stay! The hosts were very flexible and even accommodated an early check-in for us. Would definitely recommend.

Très bon endroit à l'écart de Dubrovnick. Bus au bas de la maison. Plage très bien à 3 minutes . Hôtes très sympathiques et reactifs à nos demandes. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

Fantastic location and stunning view. The apartment looked newly renovated so everything looked new and clean. Very friendly neighbor who gave us restaurant and wine recommendation. This would not be a place for someone who struggles with stairs.
