I had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The host was super responsive and helpful throughout the entire booking and stay. The pool was heated, had a jacuzzi massage feature and lights. The accommodation came with a golf cart that we were able to drive around the complex and to the beach with free parking right by the water. The pull out beds came with mattress toppers. There was free coffee and beach towels to use. I’d absolutely stay here again

Our stay at The Velvet Wave was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in for something special. A chilled bottle of wine awaited us, such a thoughtful welcome from the host that set the tone for a truly five-star experience. The apartment itself is the perfect blend of beauty and luxury, elegantly designed, sparkling clean, and flooded with natural light from sunrise to sunset. Waking up here is like floating above the water with the sea stretching endlessly in front of you. Morning coffee on the balcony was pure bliss, and the sunsets were unforgettable. The location couldn’t be better. With a bus station right in front of the building, getting around was easy, and just 50 meters away there’s a charming aquadrome for children and a tennis court, which kept everyone entertained. Everything you need, such as comfort, beauty, and convenience is at your fingertips. We couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a serene and stylis

We had a great time in Nilbert's apartment. Everything was clean and tidy. Beautiful apartment and also the building that is clearly new with a nice elevator. You have several restaurants shops and beaches nearby all by foot, we would not have needed the car these days. Nilbert is very kind and very quick to respond. An accident had happened and they were very understanding and thoughtful. I definitely recommend their apartment, we will definitely rent there again in the future. Nilbert thanks for everything

The place was great. We felt very comfortable here. The apartment was very clean and the kitchen is well equipped. Everyone was very nice and helpful. From here you can start excursions or drive to the beach, which is only 5 minutes away by car. It is only a 5-minute walk to the center of Orikrum. There are many restaurants and small shops with groceries. You get everything you need for everyday needs here. We highly recommend this place and would come back any time.

El departamento es nuevo, bonito, confortable, espacioso, limpio y con estacionamiento propio. El balcón es grande con una vista espectacular a las montañas y al mar. Es un lugar tranquilo y relajado,  cerca de todo(supermercados, restaurantes, playa, el centro de la ciudad). Las playas están a 10 minutos en auto. Los padres de Devis fueron muy amables haciendo de la estadía mucho más confortable de lo que ya era. Definitivamente volveríamos a este lugar. 100% recomendado!! The apartment is new, beautiful, comfortable, spacious, clean, and has its own parking. The balcony is large with a spectacular view of the mountains and the sea. It's a quiet and relaxing place, close to everything (supermarkets, restaurants, the beach, the city center). The beaches are a 10 minute drive away. Devis's parents were very kind, making the stay much more comfortable than it already was. We would definitely come back. 100% recommended!!

Beautiful family and a very comfortable apartment with a huge terrace with incredible views. We loved it. The family made us feel so welcome, they even brought a gift for our sons birthday (we only stayed two nights). I wish we could speak albanian to be able to chat more. We communicated though their son who speaks great English and reacts quickly. 100 % reccomend and thank you!

We felt very comfortable in Fjorda's apartment and found it a good starting point for excursions to the south and to Vlorë. Everything was very clean! Although we arrived late, we were greeted personally and the communication with Stives via AirBnB was super fast and straightforward. Over the days we were supplied by fjorda with fresh oranges and lemons, byrek, salad and pastries - so always leave some space in the belly 😀 The fact that there is a parking space on the premises was super convenient. There is a well-traveled road in front of the house, which you should be able to ignore. There is only one restaurant within walking distance (Kantina Dukati- highly recommended), but in Orikum, Dukat and the restaurants in Llogara National Park you are fast. We highly recommend a stay at Fjorda!

We had a beautiful stay at Ana and Karola’s place. The view is astonishing and the flowers and smells were divine. The house is a walk from any shops or beach, further than we anticipated, and perhaps not best suited to our needs(2 small kids, 2 older people and a pregnant woman) but we did manage… we chose to walk down to the beach each day, about an hour but was through the most magical, winding, wonderful landscape and wildlife, the only downside were the water pipes that cross-crossed the path (challenging for my mum). Each day we took at taxi back up from the beach to save our legs. One thing not mentioned in previous reviews was the walk round into the mountains which is about 10 mins from the house, incredible views, birds and flowers… The house is well equipped, missing only a couple of reclining chairs outside which would have been welcome and the use of a bbq for evening cooking. Karola was helpful and easy to reach. Thank you so much!
