Located on the bank of lake Kemešys 'Vasara' also has a private footbridge to the lake and a terrace with amazing view

Important: our apartment is located on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. Visaginas is a beautiful city with wonderful lakes and forests. We like to spend time here so we bought and renovated an apartment so it is always pleasant to come here. We want to share this nice place with our guests: a forest that you (almost) can touch from the balcony and a lake that is only 7 minutes away on foot. And also a grocery store that is just beside the house (not very romantic but a convenient fact)

A quiet and peaceful little loft is literally located in between the railway tracks. Its windows overlook a river, a wetland full of birds and a forest. Trains passing right under its windows several times a day become the main romantic attraction of the stay. A historical building is a former railway elecricity power plant. A part of the building is still functioning as a train depot, the rest of it was turned into barracks for railway workers and recently into loft style apartments.

You can feel the countryside atmosphere here, surrounded by a park, with a forest and lake just across the road. The flat features a sunny balcony and is conveniently located near the main city square, shopping center, and grocery stores. It is an ideal place for both business trips and holidays. This unique place has a style all its own. This studio was designed for creative holidays or bohemian vacation. The view from studio windows is stunning. You can see Labanoras forest and Zeimena river. Also, it becomes magical to see time by time crossing trains through your windows, because the house is located between two railways. In a few hundred meters, you can come to have a walk-in adorable paths, which is located in a river swamp area.
