Wide verandahs and double glazed sliding doors connect inside and out, providing excellent insulation with air conditioning to supplement. Wonderful country escape for a long weekend. We will be back! The unit is huge, easy to move around and the shower is big enough for a whole family! The air filtration system keeps the rooms so clean and temperature comfortable and constant. The unit does share a common wall with the main residence so there is some noise transference, but we weren’t disturbed. We had the unfortunate circumstance to have our car breakdown and our host was fantastic helpful, considerate and went above and beyond for us. Even with the car issues, we had a wonderful visit to the area and would recommend the spot to anyone/

Accomodations where it's clear the host is trying to go the extra mile for you to be comfortable are always a breath of fresh air. this is such a spot. travelling solo, so the space was much more than I needed... if you have a bunch of people, know that there is space here for you to get privacy as well as a nice communal space for the group to gather.

We spent a week in Armidale staying at Terri’s place. It was beautifully comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. There were lots of little extras and Terri was super attentive to our needs and went over and above in all aspects of communication and hospitality. The accommodation was thoughtfully decorated and the bed luxuriously styled. There is an IGA close by for convenience and lots to do in and around Armidale. The information Terri provided gave us a great start to our sight seeing. We highly recommend.
