Great party and family house. Private beach with a fresh water pool and the use of your own dock and boat. Boat usage is an additional $500 which is payable upon arrival if using Airbnb. We make sure our guests have a full experience and get to explore all that N. Eleuthera & Harbour Island have to offer. Seclusion, serenity and fun! Fishing, spearing, snorkeling, boating trips for picnics and swimming with the pigs can all be arranged through us either before or after you arrive.

Brand New Designer Home with Pool, Beach, Snorkel

I can’t say enough good things about the Palmetto house. The entire time felt like a dream. The golf cart made going back and forth between the Caribbean and Atlantic side so easy. We saw so much sea life while there. The house is well thought out and really felt like home. Terri was super responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay again but this time even longer.

Contemporary Beach Villa w/ Private Pool

We had a great stay at the Villas at Sky Beach Club! Home is private, spacious, and well kept. Short walk to Pascal's and a great beach. Home is centrally located near great beaches and restaurants! We can't wait to visit again soon!

This house was perfect for my short stay. It was very clean and an comfortable for the group of people there. The pool was a nice way to cool off in the afternoon and the decks around the house were also an added touch for beautiful scenery and relaxation no matter what time of day. It is close to Gregory town which has some grocery stores and restaurants and beach’s are in driving distance.

Our 2nd stay at Ken’s place was nothing short of fabulous! Perfectly situated, clean, & well-equipped with everything we needed, including beach chairs, a hair dryer, a few drinking waters to get you started, & a breathtaking view. The washer and dryer were a great convenience, (leave most of your clothes at home & just bring swimsuits & sunscreen). The comfy bed ensured we were well-rested for each day's adventures. We enjoyed the peace and tranquility, with great snorkeling, swimming, & fishing spots just a short walk down the hill. One of the highlights was the amazing hospitality provided by Sherrie, who was always available to help with any questions and has become a treasured friend. Claudette was also fantastic, making sure everything was clean and comfortable. We love the little community Kens place is in. Everyone is friendly & welcoming but also quiet & peaceful. We can’t wait to return for another incredible vacation Mind @Ease. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

Ken's home in Eleuthera was perfect for our recent visit! Very comfortable, spacious, and well-located for exploring by car. The plunge pools and beautiful ocean view are ideal for lounging outside, enjoying the warm Bahamas weather. And, Sherrie, the local property manager, is a gem! Super responsive and delightful to chat with. Looking forward to a return visit in the near future!

It's hard to describe Paradise, but if I had to picture what it would be like it would be Cayo Loco! The beach and the water were the prettiest I have ever seen (and I have lived in Hawaii). You can walk for miles and not see anyone. To me there is nothing better than sleeping with the windows open and having the sound of the ocean waves lull you to sleep. Plenty of great things to do and wonderful places to eat. Our host would give us updates everyday with suggestions which was so helpful! They went above and beyond to make our stay the best it could be. Other than the amazing beaches, the most memorable experiences we had were with the people of Eleuthera. The culture there is to be welcoming, kind and considerate to everyone. They truly love and respect their island and want you to feel at home there. We can't wait to return and hope to stay longer this time.
