The Elevated House was designed in 2016 and completed in 2017 by the listing's architect, Gregório The space is well lit and connected with nature, as well as being sunny and elevated from the ground, so it is free from moisture. We are surrounded by vegetation and the grounds are landscaped, making the experience more beautiful. The environment is integrated and can accommodate 2 people. It is delightful to enjoy the winter cold and the summer breeze, great for resting We are 5-10 minutes from the historic center and we have a parking space

Paquetá - Gaudi Tower

Great studio with panoramic views of the bottom of Guanabara Bay and Serra dos Órgãos, attached to Casa de Artes Paquetá, the neighborhood's cultural center. The Gaudi Tower is located next to an important historical region of the island and surrounded by lots of greenery and tranquility on all sides. All rooms are very airy, with high ceilings and large windows that frame the ocean view. The studio has a large outdoor balcony, where Gaudi's sofa invites you to sunbathe and gaze at the moon.

In a colonial mansion with independent access, the owners live on the upper plateau, always available for help.
