Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Duque de Caxias

One of my favorite stays, great communication and really amazing home. Everything met expectations and I hope to return soon!

Our stay was great! The house is very comfortable and the atmosphere is peaceful, we spent it together with our son and it was an incredible stay! Adilson was also super kind and accessible!

The house is very beautiful, the indoor lake and the view are the highlights. Good beds and bedding, we missed more towels because we went in the cold and it was difficult to dry. One point of attention was that two dogs, one of them a pit bull, entered through the back of the yard, I found the situation dangerous, especially if someone had children, the lower part is not fenced so it facilitates the entry of animals and people. The space matches the photos, but the beach no longer has sand, it had rocks. There is no cell phone signal 30 minutes from the house, and the instructions to get there need to be more detailed with reference points.

The house is excellent, we were 5 couples with small children, outdoor area with great visualization of the children playing everywhere they were. With ctz we will return!

All other evaluations are 100% true. The place is amazing, it has a breathtaking view and is super private, the environment is decorated with very good taste and furniture and materials of high quality, everything seems very new and working 100%. Michael is always very helpful and trying to resolve any issue, even a portable barbecue he got me. Super experience.

I have no words to describe this paradise, I am in love! I went with a group of friends, we didn't have any problems and in fact the hosts were there 24 hours a day to answer any questions we had. I'll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful experience in this charming cabin! The location could not be better, at the same time reserved and private, but very close to excellent restaurants and a delicatessen that meets all our needs, including delivery. The house is extremely well cared for, offers everything you need and is perfect for resting, enjoying the fireplace and having a barbecue. Gustavo is an exceptional and very attentive host! As we were traveling with a baby, he was willing to buy a crib and mattress to accommodate our baby, which totally changed our experience. Throughout the stay, he consulted us about any needs or questions and everything went very well. The apartment is very complete and comfortable and has a differential when it comes to Rio de Janeiro: all the environments (living room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and balcony) are spacious and comfortable, nothing is cramped. The location is perfect, in the heart of Leblon. We'll definitely host you there again.

Great stay, BEAUTIFUL apartment and BEAUTIFUL view!

The apartment is amazing, better than the pictures. Very large and spacious, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We like to cook and we loved doing it at this place because of the convenience and the variety of utensils available, from wine glasses to lots of pans and cutlery. The view is unparalleled, with the beach and the sea in every room. Dora was an excellent host, attentive, friendly and respectful. The apartment is full of practical and tasteful details. We strongly recommend.

Leandro is the nicest kindest host and the apartment is huge and spotless, in an amazing location with amazing views of the beach, steps from restaurants and a great supermarket, and really safe. the apt has every amenity you could think of, and has hundreds of interesting books and great pieces of art. in short, this is one of THE best apartments I have ever stayed at and if you book anywhere else in Rio you are missing out. did I mention that Leandro answered all of my questions right away and was incredibly helpful. a dream host. I know I might sound like a paid PR but I am just an incredibly happy grateful guest.

I had the opportunity to spend a weekend at Martinha's flat and I have nothing but praise. The accommodations are exactly as described, the apartment is beautiful and has everything. The location is great, the condominium is excellent, with many activities available. Martinha was very attentive and receptive, I will definitely come back more often!

Absolutely beautiful place in the best neighborhood in Rio. Leblon is extremely charming, the beach is walking distance, safe, and not so full of tourists as copacabana so you get to experience the true Brasil charm. The apartment is perfect, exactly as the picture, modern with a homely feeling, super clean, comfortable beds… I am so happy to have stayed there. Originally I had hotel reservations but when I saw the pictures of this apartment I was in love. This place beats the ocean view, you get to see the Pedra da Gavea and the Christ statue. The host is lovely, very responsive and accommodating. The building staff is friendly and always available. If you have the chance to stay here don’t miss it, when you walk into this apartment you can’t help but feel like the trip is already a success!!!

Amazing flat with one of the best views of Ipanema! it looks just like the pictures if not better. super close to the beach and the location in general is great with loads of botecos, stores, etc. Julie as a host was amazing, always super responsive and gave us loads of tips. Will definitely try staying here the next time I'm in Rio!

The stay was great, excellent location! Perfect access to Riocentro. Location with great infrastructure with coffee, restaurant, market, etc. the suite is clean, organized, cozy and comfortable. We went to my daughter's wedding in Rio, and it was the best place we could have found... Adriana, the owner, is very nice and welcoming... made us feel at ease. And the apartment was ideal, it was perfect, the location wonderful, the neighborhood, a beautiful view of the Sugarloaf, in front, close, and a good space for our dog, who by the way loved it... and when opening the door a delicious smell of everything tidy and clean, in the details. We love it, and we'll be back...!

Alexandre is a great host! Organized, clean and well-located apartment, with bars, restaurant, pharmacy and market nearby. Beautiful beach in front of the residential complex. A 10 for you, Alexandre!!!

The apartment is great for short stays and for those who have no intention of spending the day inside the apartment, as it has no kitchen. The bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is spacious and the shower is great. Elcio was very kind and always responded quickly. The apartment is on the back side, the view is great and extremely quiet. Check-in was easy, the building's security is great. It has a restaurant and a cafe for meals. RioCentro is 1.5 km away, you can easily walk there, and if you pick up the pace, you can also easily walk back at night. A tip for future guests: do not enter the address when requesting an Uber, enter the name of the building. I believe that Waze or the Uber app has a certain difficulty with the address, it sends you to a place about 1km away from the building itself.

Everything was right during the stay. It matched what the ad proposed

we felt very comfortable from the beginning, enjoyed the location and and especially in the evening after returning the beautiful terrace. It was a very nice stay and we would recommend it without restrictions.

There is an exit through its own direct condominium in Praia 🏖️😎 Various kiosks, has the Rico Sucos (best açaí from RJ) Anyway, it's worth staying with Mr. Luiz. Perfect 👏
