Everything was excellent, a super quiet and beautiful area, my family and I loved it, everything was super clean, the view was beautiful, the amenities were excellent, my children were super happy. Ms. Gloria is a very nice person, kind and available at all times to clarify any questions.

Beautiful beach location. Snack bar and pool bar were very reasonably priced and the people were great. Ocean beach was right up against the property. A wonderful spot for a vacation.

A spectacular place! It was shiny, it matched the description. They were always looking out for us. We were super agusto and it was a super pleasant experience. I highly recommend it!

We had a great time here! All was good from water pressure+heat, to location, and cleanliness. The host was very friendly and responsive. The property is within walking distance to many cafes, restaurants, and Centro.

Everything was excellent, good surveillance, a better living room armchair would not hurt, and a dining chair for six, there are five, and the maximum is six guests. Better quality toilet paper and coffee that is not available. There is a coffee maker but no coffee. Overall everything was very good. Regards, and they are minimal things, everything is excellent.

since we arrived the taxi driver knew the address without problems. The directions he gave us by email were accurate, the facilities comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet. And public transport very close to the hotel with access to anywhere in the city

Excellent stay. The apartment was perfectly clean and tidy. Very comfortable beds, everything works great. The apartment is very comfortable. The only bad thing is that the pool is very cold because it does not have heating and the sun does not hit anything but that is the fault of the design of the building not of the apartment, in general it is difficult to find in Mazatlán pools with heating.

The accommodation was comfortable, the photos matched what was offered, communication with Mr. Germán was always friendly. I recommend the accommodation, it has a good view and is in a beautiful area.

This is our 2nd year staying in an apartment of Walden's. Great to see Octavio & Pepe again! Location is perfect, on a residential street, up a hill in Centro. Easy walking to numerous coffee shops, restaurants, shops, art galleries, beaches, the market, pharmacies. The apartment itself is well-equipped with a beautiful kitchen, clean bathrooms, 3 balconies and a comfy living room. The beds were good quality and closets were great to hold our stuff comfortably. We very much enjoyed the balcony overlooking the city and ocean as well as the rooftop. My husband and I worked online while we were there and the internet connection was strong and reliable. Dad traveled with us the first two weeks and he also enjoyed the place and it's amenities. There are barking dogs, crowing roosters and construction sounds and other humans having a good time, but bienvenidos a Mexico. The provided white noise machine was handy. Entirely possible we will book this place next year!

Excellent place, quite spacious, more than we thought, the seawall is very close and in general the accommodation is in a very central point, everything is close to you. Everything was very clean and tidy, they didn't feel like leaving the apartment because you were comfortable inside, in general everything was very good. We would definitely wash it again, they are the plans in the future.

I travel with 2 children and 2 seniors and had a bit of an earring for food or things that were nearby, the truth is that the place is super safe, many restaurants, pharmacies, oxxo, handicrafts nearby, amenities are great, the pool clean and warm, snack bar and drinks great. The apartment looks just like in the photos, spectacular sunset, all the necessary services, Adilene is very kind and pending if you have any questions. I didn't have any inconvenience during the stay and I recommend it 100%

This stay was perfect for us for our week in Mazatlán. Oziel’s communication and responsiveness was awesome and so important when you are traveling. The apartment was super clean, and the bed in the master was very comfortable with a beautiful ocean view. The pelicans flew right by our windows, and we were at eye level with the parasailers! We took advantage of spa services, the pool and the weight room, which had a decent amount of equipment. These were big reasons why we booked this place. There are great restaurants all within walking distance. There is not a lot of sandy beach in front of the complex which meant when the tide was high, we couldn’t walk down the beach and had to double back to the road. At other times it was fine though. But the benefit of that is that the view from the pool was right on the water! This is more of a residential complex than a regular resort, which was nice if you are looking for less of a party atmosphere.

Loved Carolinas apartment. Beautiful place and city. Extra enjoyed my girls trip and was everything we were looking forward too.
