Holiday rentals with beach access in Durrës County

The apartment was really nice, everything was clean. The host was super friendly and even offered a ride from airport for a really good price. It’s a 2minute walk to the beach which is great. However, if you are more into nightlife I’d recommend staying in the centre of Durres, even though you can get there by taxi. Our visit was really nice and I would go back anytime if I could:)

Ana was fantastic we did not realize that she had sent through check in details and contacted her she responded immediately and sent us parking information The apartment was good we also found great free parking on the beach Find kfc opposite the apartments to the left big carpark out the back.

It was a pleasure to stay at Ilyas Appartment. It was clean, it has a balcony, an elevator, has all the essentials and Ilya was always trying to help if we needed anything. An absolute steal for the price and I would 100% stay there again.

This apartment has a beautiful view and the beach is literally in front of you. Just go down the elevator, leave the building and turn to the left and the beach is 30 meters in front of you. I definitely recommend this property to visit in June like I did, because the beach is almost empty and the water is nice! Thank you.

Easy check in and communication was really quick and easy. Lovely apartment literally 5 seconds walk from the beach front, loads of nice restaurants and cafes nearby also a supermarket 2 minutes up the road. I would highly recommend if you’re in Durres.

Pleasant house close to the sea on foot (2mn) and all amenities. Lots of restaurants and cafes. Very nice and responsive host.

Our trip brings us for the second time Albania , and it is without hesitation that we opted again for Durrës to make the first stop (1 month). For having experienced the kindness of the Albanians, the good overall quality of the internet network, and the long walks in nature, it was obvious to get away from the noisy city center to try the adventure at Tea's in Hamallaj. And we weren't disappointed. It's actually a single storey house that has 2 large apartments, with a fenced garden. A location 500m from the beach, good WiFi connection, a really complete equipped kitchen, small shops in the neighborhood ( including a 3-minute walk that accepts Paiments en CB), Snack, Barbier, tooling store, 24/7 tobacco shop... And it seems that it slowly continues to develop, all within a radius of less than1 km. We'll definitely be back for a stop when we leave for the Adriatic! Thanks Tea:)

We arrived at nighttime and had no problem finding the house. Ilda sent videos to find it and that was very helpful! The house is in a perfect location. One minute walk to the beach, restaurants, bars and promenade. The house is located in the woods and far enough away, so you do not hear noise. The best part is the garden! A large patio with a stone grill, tables and chairs. A hammock for napping. A lot of room for everyone. The house was very clean and looked just like the pictures. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment. There was plenty of beach chairs, towels, etc. to use. Clear instructions for everything. I would highly recommend Ilda's home.

Florian was a great host. Easily contactable and accommodating. The house was immaculately clean and well equipped. We felt very comfortable during our stay. It’s a lovely house with plenty of room. It really is just a couple of minutes walk to the beach where there are plenty of places to eat. Thank you!

it was a lovely clean place, with a big living room, 2 bedrooms. Raimonda was friendly and responsible all the time. In this small village you have to be quiet at 12pm. we had a good stay in this place.

The place was wonderful. The apartment was clean, well equipped and nicely designed. It’s very close to the beach amd surrounded by restaurants and shops. Seva communicated friendly and quickly, gave clear instructions and advise. We would highly recommend it.

Great place to stay in Durres. About a 15-20 min walk from city center, but closer to all the good restaurants. I highly recommend staying here and visiting Gate03 for dinner. It’s totally worth it. Great views and can tan on the balcony after around 15:30 (3:30 pm). Will hopefully be staying here again!

We are very satisfied with our stay here. We unexpectedly still wanted to use bicycles and this was picked up quickly and kindly. Everything was possibly within walking distance. Busy to come that way by car.

Aldo was incredibly helpful during our stay. We initially booked this apartment but decided to extend our visit. Unfortunately, the apartment wasn't available for the next day, so I booked another one through Aldo. He was kind enough to arrange for us to check out of one apartment and check in immediately to the next. The apartments were lovely and had everything we needed. I highly recommend this experience!

Nice apartment. It was very clean with a good kitchen and bathroom. All amenities were provided: air conditioning, oven and a good TV. There was also a balcony with a very nice view. The downside was that walking to and from the building was difficult due to very steep slopes. Contact with the host was good, and renting a car through the host was very easy. Tip is to let the host know when you arrived, as we got the key from a neighbor and we would have had to wait a long time if we didn't let us know our arrival. Another downside may be that reaching the beach on foot takes quite a long time, because the apartment is by the sea, but not on the beach but a boulevard. We are very satisfied with our time here and it is definitely recommended.

I recently stayed at Tok Apartments in Durrës for my birthday, and I can confidently say it was one of the most beautiful and memorable experiences I’ve ever had. The apartment was even more stunning than the photos ,the breathtaking beach view from the living room made every moment feel like a dream. The host was incredibly warm and welcoming, always available and quick to respond to any request or question,often within minutes! He truly made us feel at home. I’ve stayed at many places before, but the level of service here was unmatched. Everything was perfect, from the comfort of the apartment to the ambiance and the attention to detail. This place made my birthday unforgettable, and honestly, I don’t think I could’ve celebrated it any better anywhere else.
