Holiday rentals with beach access in Durrës County

Vraiment l’endroit parfait pour être au calme, double vitrage avec des stores. Copropriété propre, à 1min de la piscine et de la plage.matelas confortable.manque juste une petite lampe de chevet dans la chambre pour faire une ambiance encore plus cosy. Un énorme merci d’avoir été si disponible pour nous.

The apartment was really nice, everything was clean. The host was super friendly and even offered a ride from airport for a really good price. It’s a 2minute walk to the beach which is great. However, if you are more into nightlife I’d recommend staying in the centre of Durres, even though you can get there by taxi. Our visit was really nice and I would go back anytime if I could:)

Ana was fantastic we did not realize that she had sent through check in details and contacted her she responded immediately and sent us parking information The apartment was good we also found great free parking on the beach Find kfc opposite the apartments to the left big carpark out the back.

Nice appartment with great proximity to restaurants and beach. Amalia is active and very responsive. The building entrance was a bit hidden but overall all went well. My recommendations

Une perle rare ! Un magnifique studio très bien aménagé avec une vue direct sur la mer à couper le souffle ! Ervin est un hôte formidable : très agréable et chaleureux, il a s’est rendu disponible à toute heure pour répondre à nos questions et nous aider. Nous ne pouvons que recommander ce logement d’exception !

It was a super nice stay in the apartment. The balcony has a wonderful view over the beach and you find yourself at the promenate when coming out of the building. We had a nice check-in and uncomplicated check-out.

Great apartment with beautiful views and a nice, big kitchen. lots of great restaurants and little markets within walking distance. We would happily stay here again.

Maison agréable proche de la mer à pieds (2mn) et de toute commodités. Beaucoup de restaurants et de cafés. Hôte très sympa et très réactif.

Notre voyage nous amène pour la seconde fois Albanie , et c'est sans hésitation que nous avons encore une fois opté pour Durrës en vue d' effectuer le premier arrêt (1mois). Pour avoir expérimenté la gentillesse des albanais, la bonne qualité générale du reseau internet , et les longues promenades dans la nature, il etait évident de s'ecarter du centre ville bruyant pour tenter l'aventure chez Tea à Hamallaj. Et nous n'avons pas été deçus. C'est en fait une maison de plain pied qui comporte 2 grands appartements, avec un jardin clôturé. Un emplacement a 500m de la plage, une bonne connection WIFI, une cuisine Equipée vraiment complète, de petits commerces dans le voisinage ( Dont un a 3 mn a pied qui accepte les Paiments en CB), Snack, Barbier, magasin d'outillage, Bureau de tabac 24/7... Et il semble que ca continue doucement de se developper, tout cela dans un rayon de moins d'1km. Nous reviendrons sûrement faire un arrêt en repartant vers l'Adriatique! Merci Tea :)

This was a lovely little apartment. Clean, spacious and has all the amenities you need. The outdoor space is gorgeous, with fairy lights and very comfortable seating. The area feels very safe and is a 5 minute walk to the beach with loads of cool beach bars. Rovena was very helpful with recommendations and suggestions and always responded very promptly. 100% recommend!

Florian was a great host. Easily contactable and accommodating. The house was immaculately clean and well equipped. We felt very comfortable during our stay. It’s a lovely house with plenty of room. It really is just a couple of minutes walk to the beach where there are plenty of places to eat. Thank you!

Raimonda's cosy place, is een heel fijn plekje. Alles is aanwezig. Heel fijne bedden, en een fijne plek buiten. Vlakbij het strand en een paar leuke restaurants. Heel groene omgeving. De communicatie verliep prettig en snel.

The place was wonderful. The apartment was clean, well equipped and nicely designed. It’s very close to the beach amd surrounded by restaurants and shops. Seva communicated friendly and quickly, gave clear instructions and advise. We would highly recommend it.

Great place to stay in Durres. About a 15-20 min walk from city center, but closer to all the good restaurants. I highly recommend staying here and visiting Gate03 for dinner. It’s totally worth it. Great views and can tan on the balcony after around 15:30 (3:30 pm). Will hopefully be staying here again!

L’ alloggio era pulito e comodo. Abbiamo avuto difficoltà a trovare l’entrata dell’ alloggio ,e ,pur avendo dato un orario orientativo dell’ arrivo, per un ritardo dell’ aereo siamo arrivati molto più tardi e chiamamdo mezzanotte ci sono state date tutte le indicazioni dettagliate con la massima disponibilità e gentilezza . We zijn zeer tevreden over ons verblijf hier. Wij wilde onverwachts toch nog gebruik maken van fietsen en dit werd vlot en vriendelijk opgepakt. Alles was eventueel op loopafstand. Wel druk om met de auto die kant op te komen.

Staying in this apartment was an incredibly positive and heartwarming experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this place — and especially this landlord — to everyone. I have never received such care, attention, support, and warmth from any other host before. A huge thank you to Artan for his hospitality and for always offering thoughtful advice. The apartment is beautifully designed, with an unreal sea view, very peaceful, cozy, and comfortable. The bathroom is spacious and ideal whether you’re staying alone or with your family. Aldo was incredibly helpful during our stay. We initially booked this apartment but decided to extend our visit. Unfortunately, the apartment wasn't available for the next day, so I booked another one through Aldo. He was kind enough to arrange for us to check out of one apartment and check in immediately to the next. The apartments were lovely and had everything we needed. I highly recommend this experience!

Mooi appartement. Het was erg schoon met een goede keuken en badkamer. Alle voorzieningen waren aanwezig: airco, oven en een goede tv. Ook was er een balkon met zeer mooi uitzicht. Nadeel was wel dat het lopen van en naar het gebouw wat zwaar was door zeer steile hellingen. Contact met de host was goed, en het huren van een auto via de host ging erg makkelijk. Tip is om de host te laten weten als je bent aangekomen, aangezien wij de sleutel van een buurvrouw kregen en we lang hadden moeten wachten als we onze aankomst niet zouden hebben laten weten. Een ander nadeel kan zijn dat het bereiken van het strand te voet redelijk lang duurt, omdat het appartement wél aan zee zit, maar niet aan het strand maar een boulevard. Wij zijn erg tevreden met onze tijd hier en het is zeker aan te raden.

I recently stayed at Tok Apartments in Durrës for my birthday, and I can confidently say it was one of the most beautiful and memorable experiences I’ve ever had. The apartment was even more stunning than the photos ,the breathtaking beach view from the living room made every moment feel like a dream. What made the stay even more special was the exceptional hospitality. The host was incredibly warm and welcoming, always available and quick to respond to any request or question,often within minutes! He truly made us feel at home. I’ve stayed at many places before, but the level of service here was unmatched. Everything was perfect, from the comfort of the apartment to the ambiance and the attention to detail. This place made my birthday unforgettable, and honestly, I don’t think I could’ve celebrated it any better anywhere else.
