This lovely, small condo is 50m2 in size and has two bedrooms/bathrooms, as well as an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living room. One bedroom has a queen-size bed, while the other has a full-size bed. The kitchen has a gas stove, refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine. For extra guess, there is a small sofa that can be converted into a bed. The condo is in a gated community in Weymouth Hill and has a spectacular view. Come relax and enjoy the peace and quietness of this neighborhood.

If you’re looking for a quiet place to relax and unwind this place is for you. It’s on a beach but the waters weren’t so calm so I didn’t want to take the chance. Lola is very hospitable & was very responsive and helpful before and after arriving. The studio is just as seen in photos, very clean and has a modern cozy vibe. I’d suggest you rent a car…Lola helped with that before I arrived so I was able to pick up the car at the airport. I think this is a great option for a solo traveler as well.

Great place to stay! Ideal for a solo traveler, manageable for two people. Incredible location: up on a hill away from noise, close to amenities, safe, breezy and offers an amazing view from the cozy balcony. The host could not be a kinder person, communicative, attentive and ready to help. The drive up the hill is not so bad. 4wd is ideal, but even a smaller economy car can climb it just fine in dry conditions. Highly recommended!

Sabrina is beautiful inside and out. I felt safe with her and her husband. They are kind, peaceful and is available to assist when needed. I was advised not to stay at an Airbnb since I'm traveling solo. I am glad I didn't listen because I felt right at home. I am ready to go back St. Maarten and would definitely stay at Sabrina's again. The location is peaceful. The bedroom has dark curtains which makes the room cozy for a late morning sleep. I will recommend Sabrina's to anyone visiting St. Maarten 💕
