It is not meant for hanging out, partiers or locals. *The apartment is located 10 minutes from the subway and 1 block from the bus. Bodegas, laundry, liquor stores, restaurants and bars are close by. Perhaps the best part about this home is the proximity to Astoria Park.

This is a very cozy studio in the heart of Astoria. If you haven't visited Astoria before, the local avenues are just around the corner! Subway (M or R) just 2 blocks away. The unit shared with me offers a cozy stay, the bed pulls out of the wall, so you can have the open space if you need. Heated floor for even a cozier stay. I will also be present in the unit during the guests’ stay!
