Great stay, everything was super clean and welcoming. The apartment is exactly what was described in description. Would definitely come back! Erica was also very responsive which is always helpful when traveling.

I loved the place and so did my family (boyfriend and 2 little children). I did tried to keep my son (5year old) from doing loud noises or stumping his autistic and has ADHD I thought I am glad this location was very patient with us thank you for everything would love to come back

The apartment was well equipped and we were comfortable with our 22 lb dog who is not accustomed to apartment living. The kitchen was well stocked for people who do some cooking. We appreciated the stainless steel pans.The place was clean, comfortable and stocked with items we might need. Towels, laundry detergent, paper products, coffee, tea, a few spices. The area feels safe and the streets surrounding have sidewalks with wide green ways for taking a longer walk. Grocery stores, gas stations and easy access to the interstate.

This apartment was perfect for our stay, there were 4 of us, we had plenty of space. The apartment, building and grounds were very clean. We arrived following a rain storm and the internet was out in our unit, a quick email to Prime and it was back up and going.m, they were very responsive! They provide excellent instructions to find the entrance!

In all my years on Airbnb.. THIS HAS BEEN MY MOST FAVORITE RENTAL EVER!! The host is INCREDIBLE, KIND & CARING(also quick responses)!! The home is just like the photos, actually better!!!(CLEAN & NEW!) I LOVED IT & never wanted to leave!! Place was exactly as advertised. Host was helpful and responsive . The water cooler was a great touch ! Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling and needing a nice home like place to stay in Jacksonville !

Great place to stay!!! Clean and spacious. TV’s in each room definitely a plus. Washer dryer and laundry detergent! Oh yeah A1. The host was so nice and understanding as our check out time was extended, would stay here again for sure

Went there for an instructor certification at Warrior Martial Arts Headquarters. It was conveniently located, fair priced, and when I needed help they were very responsive and helped us with accommodations. Will gladly stay there again when we come back in a few months.

Place was great as described by the host . Host and his friend Rodney were very helpful throughout the stay. They understood our needs and took care of all the problems. If you want to stay near the downtown this is the great place .

We love this building, its view, the amenities and this condo. Spacious and clean. Super happy with the cable package for watching sports. Beach towels and wagon were super helpful.

The purpose for our trip was to visit family living in the area. The location was IDEAL. And the 2 king sized suites made it more so. It gives the feel of a luxury hotel. The place was immaculate. It had every creature comfort one could want. JCE went above and beyond what anyone would expect in making us feel welcome, comfortable and appreciated. I highly recommend this location and JCE. They are indeed SUPER HOSTS.

thank you to Heidi for her colorful bungalow. we were there for our son's wedding, and we brought our first grandchild back to the bungalow to spend the night for their wedding present we felt right at home. we would definitely use this colorful bungalow again.

beautiful home! our check in was delayed due to last renter not respecting home. but owner was communicating the entire time. a few things needed attention but it wasn’t the owners fault, he could have canceled stay and fixed all the damage but he didn’t and allowed us to stay. He was fast to respond to all messages and all concern were resolved with no issues. we will definitely be renting again when we come back next year!

The house was extremely clean and we really did feel at home right away. The kids loved the pool and hot tub! We opted to heat the hot tub and enjoyed it very much. She was also responsive with our requests for temperature changes. The neighborhood is so nice that since we had to come back the next week for treatments at Mayo, we chose another house in the same area (this one was booked). It’s really close to shops and easy to get to Mayo. We also enjoyed the beach and the game room in the house. I would absolutely stay here again!

Jessicas place was nice and great for family. perfect layout, calm serene environment, clean and thoughtful. The host was very communicative and helpful. we will stay again! place definitely met expectations.

The house has a great view of a lake that had breathtaking sunsets and sunrises. The host was more than helpful. The Host did amazing job respond to all of the messages and went above and beyond to make our stay outstanding. I will come back again and again to this house when I am in the area. I recommend everyone to check in this house.
