We really felt at home and the location on the canal was superb! looking forward to future stays!

We loved the location overlooking the bay. Very beautiful mornings. Only a short car ride from Newport. Elaine was very helpful and offered early check in and late check out proactively - very nice of her.

Our stay at Dave's place on Winter Island was spectacular! The photos do not do justice for the views. The yard is beautiful and well-kept, and my favorite part was sitting on the porch with my coffee each morning. Inside is cozy, but perfect for two guests. Dave has all you'll need in the kitchen and bathroom, which was a bonus! We traveled from New Mexcio, and it was a long ways, but I would absolutely stay at Dave's place again if we come back to the area. You won't find a better accommodation, and at this price, just amazing. So grateful I was able to bring my daughter for such an incredible stay in Salem.

Catherine was very cordial to accommodate us, and we loved the house. She is very well active in taking care of us when we have any questions and very quick responses. Will visit again, thank you.

Relaxing girls get away weekend. Amazing views, very walkable and friendly town and beach. (Delicious local ice cream shop- vegan options too!). The perfect place to relax, catch up with friends, and make some delightful memories.

Stephenie and Chase have really made something special with their cottage in Sandwich! It’s beautiful, peaceful, and functional. It exceeded our expectations! The home is full of beauty, character and well cared for details, and the grounds are stunning and serene. We LOVED all of it!! The layout of the home worked perfectly for our family of 7 adults and 2 babies. There were plenty of rooms and spaces for all of our activities, and the kitchen was not only gorgeous, but also large enough for all of our baby bottle prep, food prep, etc. Communication was outstanding! From the moment we booked to the last day we were well cared for. The pre-stay welcome guide and messages (full of tips) helped us to prepare for the trip, and we referred to the guide throughout the stay. We loved staying here! the location was unmatched - just a few minutes walk to anything you could need (restaurants, shops, bars, the harbour,etc.). You could see the water from some of the rooms and you were less than a block to the waterfront. The rooms were clean, decorated really cute and bathrooms were great! We rented out all three rooms (6 guests) for a wedding weekend and it was perfect - we all had our private space to sleep and get ready but could open the doors or use the library or sunroom if we wanted to be together. Every morning there was fruit and fresh banana bread waiting for us. we sat out on one of balconies one evening to watch the sunset and it was just lovely. Sharl and Frank were friendly and communicative leading up to and throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice airbnb! We enjoyed our time here for my bachelorette trip. The beds are absolutely amazing- the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. The place is so clean and has so many things to keep you entertained. The back yard is so cute! Would loveeee if there was a hot tub! Only thing to be mindful of is the neighbors- even though hours say quiet hours are 11 PM- 7 AM, definitely plan to be quiet earlier. The neighbors were peaking through the fence and messaged the host wayyyy later on the next day that we were being “too loud” when we were being mindful of our noise level. The host is super responsive and friendly. I definitely recommend staying here!

Serene and charming riverfront hideaway. In a residential neighborhood but very quiet. You are 5-10 minutes from great restaurants, shopping, Dennis Beach but it all feels very secluded. We went kayaking every day from the private dock, saw swans, sea lions, and hawks. The space is clean, boho-chic, very comfortable beds, easy to use gas fireplaces. Primary bedroom sitting area/sunroom is dreamy for reading. Kitchen has everything you need. We thought we might miss an ocean/bay view but we didn't at all. Very reasonably priced for the quality. Meg replied to all messages within minutes. We would absolutely come back. Great for a couple or small family.

We enjoyed our stay, the place was very clean. The Kitchen had everything we needed and beds were very comfortable. The place was nicely decorated. There was lots to do, down by the lake, kids enjoyed canoeing and swimming. We had our own private beach and it was well kept. Even after a long day, being able to walk down to the lake to unwind from the day was a tremendous blessing.

Our family had a great time for our stay, the views and atmosphere is amazing, couldnt ask for more. Everything you’d want in a getaway!

Dune Side is everything you can dream of when renting an AirBnB and then some! The location is spectacular. Can't be beat!! Both the sunsets and sunrises were gorgeous from the wraparound deck, and you can't beat falling asleep to the sound of waves, waking up for an early morning beach walk, and then enjoying the beach and water all afternoon. Truly something special! The house was stocked with everything we needed, the water pressure in the bathrooms was AMAZING, and James was always super responsive and friendly. 10/10 in every way! Gorgeous place right next to Bowens wharf. You can walk to everything and it’s very convenient and the parking at PCH was great. Clean beautiful room and they provided us with a crib for our infant. Coffee bar in the hall and espresso maker in the room was perfect for our 2am wake up call for our early morning flight. Bed was extremely comfortable and we didn’t want to leave! Definitely booking PCH again when we come to Newport to visit family.

Rob was a great host ! He responded within a timely manner and the place was very clean and felt just like home. I would suggest bringing board games and such for the rainy days. For the folks who enjoy cooking the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. I would also recommend renting bikes or taking an Uber if you don't like walking. The walk to town was about 25 minutes. Overall great stay would love you stay her again it gives you the peace and quiet while also being close enough to everything and a beautiful view of the ocean.

Kevin's place is perfectly located in Angels Landing across from the library. It’s a quiet, safe location at night. The proximity to abundant dining and shopping options made exploring Provincetown incredibly convenient. The home was well-stocked with coffee and sweetener, which we appreciated each morning. The peaceful setting allowed for great rest after busy days exploring the town. Kevin was a thoughtful host and we'd definitely stay here again!

Great place. All the good reviews are accurate. 3 minor issues that can be fixed quickly: 1. Parking is not on site and you have to park a couple of blocks away. That should be pointed out in the description, maybe it was and I didn’t see it 2. When you first walk in, the apartment is stuffy, but it’s fine once you air it out. I think it’s the couch or couch covers 3. No detergent for the washer, so bring your own. It’s the first time I stayed at an Airbnb that didn’t provide it Everything else was great, thanks for having us!

Waterfront Gem is exactly that, a gem!! Beautiful location right on the bay. Steps away from the Boatslip yet quiet and pleasant!! Park the car and walk everywhere!! We had a beautiful stay at Anil's, and would book it again. The thoughtful use of space made the interior feel expansive, and the views to the bay are inspiring from every area. The kitchen was well-appointed and we really appreciated all the storage in the bedroom loft allowing us to unpack our clothes neatly. This is a great location just after the end of all the shops and restaurants on Commercial St.-so it's quiet and mostly residential. Loved it, thanks Anil!

This place was spectacular! Absolutely everything we needed was in the house with lots of extra touches. Location was close to water, restaurants, shops, walkable to everything. Beautiful water views, and quiet and peaceful at night for sleeping. Loved the deck and used the grill for dinner one night. Beds were comfy, everything was A+. Enjoyed a couple of trips to nearby beaches, a winery in Truro and golfing. So close to everything. We couldn’t have asked for more, and had the best time with our young adult kids!
