The host was quick to respond and always helpful. We appreciated the fruit, bottled water, and the ingredients for breakfast that were provided free of charge. We spent 11 nights here and loved it. The room is very large and comfortable. The hosts/staff are friendly and accomodating. The free bikes are great to explore Hoi An on. You can also rent a scooter, which was great. The pool and grounds are beautiful and are kept in very good condition. I highly recommend this accomodation and will definitely be staying here again next time I am in Hoi An.

Volar de Faifo was a peaceful quiet haven, a short walk from the old town. The staff were very helpful in making a solo traveler feel at home. They booked tours, arranged an early breakfast before a morning tour, and arranged transport back to Danang. They recommended good quality tailors for my clothes.
