Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Duy Xuyên District

We were happy to stay at Trang’s place. Even though we booked her place last minute after returned from Danang International Fireworks Festival late, she accepted our reservation and welcome us in person. She was such a nice host, gave us a tour and recommendations around the area. Her place was matched with the photos and description, spacious and cozy, and we felt like home after a tired night at the festival. We would love to stay more at hers but today we want to stay at the Hoian downtown. We highly recommend her to everyone. Thank you Trang.

Harley and the apartment were fabulous. Top floor, clean, and equal parts close to the private beach and main road into Hoi An. Great communicator, possibly the quickest responder ever! I had a lovely stay and most certainly recommend.

My girlfriend and I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Hoi An! The location is perfect, peacefully tucked away between the ancient town and the beach, giving us easy access to both while still feeling private and serene. The property itself is even more stunning than the photos (which don’t do it justice!), with a great attention to detail and a really calming atmosphere. The hosts were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and super responsive throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Hoi An!

Nice place, well located and just across the street is a walking path that leads to the old town.

This place is 5 stars on its own merits... but when you factor in the value, it should be 10. It's conveniently located equal distance from both Old Town and An Bang beach. There are bicycles to use but I opted to rent a motorbike. Even though the kitchen is shared I never a problem using it. Having a drier available is not common even in more expensive rentals. I was here ~4 months and would definitely stat here again.

Beautiful 5 star resort apartment with a stunning infinity pool right on An Bang Beach. The room was clean with a direct ocean view absolutely amazing. I had some concerns about rove beetles from other review, but Long was very clear and helpful. The resort had already taken care of the issue, and everything was perfect during my stay.

Rocy is a great host, she pretty much made our stay enjoyable. She recommends locals and activities for us to do. The place was spotless clean, the sheets are clean and comfy. 5 stars to the host and cleaners for keeping it well maintained.

Absolutely wonderful experience! Our family of 4 stayed at Casa Maica for one entire month. The private villa is beautiful, comfortable, spacious, and clean. No shared spaces with anyone. Excellent location in Cam Thanh-on a quiet street, across a fish farm and rice fields, with temples, restaurants and small shops nearby. Safe area away from the crowds, ideal for cycling (or motorbiking). Beautiful, easy cycling to Bale Market, to town, or just to wander around the countryside. All bedrooms have a full private bathroom and a/c, which made for very comfortable nights. Windows and doors have floor to ceiling screens. The kitchen is fully equipped if you want to cook. Drinking water is supplied through 20 lt. bottles and was re-supplied as soon as we ran out. We wanted to make smoothies and Hans brought in a new blender. The pool is fantastic. It's deep and really nice to just step outside and dive right in, with a smoothie perhaps, several times a day! Fast and reliable internet, perfect for working remotely Hans and Lan are incredible hosts! Very responsive, super friendly, helpful, and had many awesome recommendations. They helped us organize taxi transfers to/from Danang airport at a very reasonable price; taxis within the city; a private trip to Hue; and a private cooking class. We are very grateful for how attentive they were with our family during our whole stay. The combination of a beautiful villa, excellent hosts, and great location make Casa Maica a wonderful experience. It really has it all, and we highly recommend it. We will definitely return.

We had a wonderful stay at Bao’s villa! The space was spacious, clean, and completely private—with our own pool, which was a real highlight. Breakfast was fresh and tasty every morning, and Bao was incredibly kind and helpful. The location is great—about 10 minutes to the old town and 15 to the beach by Grab. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay at Thanh’s place. It would is tastefully furnished and everything felt really clean and cosy. Check in was super easy. The location was ok if you are spending a couple days in the old town. Not really the hosts fault, but the neighbours sang karaoke for hours and somewhat affected the ambiance of the otherwise charming studio. We’d also note that scooter parking isn’t readily accessible and were advised not to park on the street overnight. Otherwise a great stay! Thanks so much

Our Airbnb stay was perfect. Host was so friendly and responsive, I’d message asking where things are in the house and the landlord would be straight over to get it for me. I asked for room service and the cleaner came and cleaned the kitchen and all the bedrooms within 20 minutes. Check out is at 11am but we have been able to stay here for the whole day, using the kitchen and the outside area. The actual Airbnb itself is unreal; spotless, spacious, and lovely unique decor. Would definitely recommend, so appropriately priced.

A fantastic place to stay, perfect location in the old town, just round the corner from the night market but looking out over the river and peaceful and quiet. We were 3 so had the 2 rooms/ apartments on the first floor, one with a big balcony at the front with views over the river, the other smaller but both beautiful, clean and with very comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. Thanh and Hannie couldn’t have been more helpful and responded very quickly to messages. You do have to time any arrival and departure by taxi to happen outwith markets times but that’s easy to do and the place is definitely worth it. I would recommend this place 100%.

It’s a very nice and spacious apartment in the hotel. Everything was perfect, and I’m especially in love with the bed – it’s like a hotel bed, soft with great bedding. Kathy is a fantastic host – very friendly and attentive. She took care of us the entire time, provided a two-way complimentary transfer, cleaning, and even brought us noodles when it was raining heavily. Thanks!

The location is very convenient to walk to old town with a bunch of eateries around. The place was clean with a functional kitchen for a small family. Host was super friendly and always ready to help.

We had a wonderful stay at Quang Vinh’s place, being just a short walk away from the hustle bustle, it was very comfortable and peaceful. There was always someone at the reception offering helpful advice, the washing machine and dryer combo was a lifesaver, and they also had bicycles you can use. They also offer airport shuttle service which was immensely helpful and more cost-effective than booking a grab/taxi. Highly recommend, and we would love to stay again in the future.

Lovely pool, modern apartment & efficient & professional host.

We had a extended stay at Tra's place and we just loved it! The place is clean, quiet and peaceful to work in. The place has lots of light and sunshine and the view is beautiful, we can even see the sea from the balcony. This apartment is new and has a modern style, which is really nice. We enjoyed being at 10 minutes from the beach, which we enjoy a lot. The place offers a lot of convenience store, as well as an excellent (e-coffee) shop. The brewery is also a great find! I was looking for a place a bit away from the city and I just love the peace and quiet of the place and its surrender. The communication with Tra was great, friendly and responsive from the start. He made sure the place was cleaned and left some local fruit for us to enjoy! I would definitely come back again. I can't recommend Tra's place enough!

My stay here was nothing but perfect. I‘ve loved everything - the apartment was exactly as per description. One could see how much love and thought was put into it and I will miss this place until I can finally get there again. Vy was exceptional during my stay and so helpful. 🤍The highlight was a little surprise that she brought over on NYE and and appreciate the thoughts behind it. I will definitely come back and can only recommend this beautiful place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here as a family of 4. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, plenty of space for our luggage too. The bathrooms were very clean and plenty of amenities provided for us. I loved the extra touch for the mini bar - whilst we didn’t use it, it’s not to have the option. 😊 The location was well suited to us. We don’t do a lot of late night shopping so being just 800m walk from the Old Town and ‘hub’ of Hoi An was great for families. I’d recommend this apartment to friends and family - the host is so accommodating, kind and great with communication.
