I really enjoyed my peaceful vacation there. The place is around 15mins away (by car) from all the major touristy spots, like Ancient Town, An Bang Beach, coconut basket boat etc. We rented a motorbike from Bao’s place, and it made our travel so much easier and fun. The place itself is amazing, loved that we have a private pool, and there’s 3 shower area (1 outdoor, 2 indoor)! The villa provides everything, from drinkable water to clean towels everyday. You only need to pack your clothes and personal essentials, then you’re good to go! Highly recommend this place, my boyfriend and I really enjoyed our time there! ⭐️

We loved this place so much. Bao is a hospitable and gracious host. He and his team were so helpful and welcoming. Although we arrived during a terrible storm, the place was still so beautiful and peaceful. Breakfast and afternoon tea was very good. If any issues arose, Bao was on top of it! I liked that the location was so close to Old Town but in a quiet neighborhood. Only thing is, if you are going to use the safe, I would recommend getting the instruction video from Bao because it’s a little different from others.

We had a fantastic stay here. The place was beautiful, our room was large and clean, the pool and outdoor area was well maintained and very pretty, and we had a picturesque view of the rice fields. Our hosts were the best! They were helpful, bringing us everything we need, helping us rent a moped which was brought right to our door! They even cooked for us one night! It was very close to Hoi An, but far enough away so that there was no noise, and was not busy. It was a 5 minute drive by moped, or a 25min walk. Or you can use their bikes for free! The fridge was stocked up with water and beer (which was charged for but very good price), and the hosts offer cooking classes, and can do laundry. Overall, the stay was 10/10! Would definitely come again!

We had a wonderful stay at Bao’s villa! The space was spacious, clean, and completely private—with our own pool, which was a real highlight. Breakfast was fresh and tasty every morning, and Bao was incredibly kind and helpful. The location is great—about 10 minutes to the old town and 15 to the beach by Grab. Highly recommended!

The first thing to say is that the listing is a bit misleading. This isn't actually a bungalow (on one level), but actually two sets of rooms connected by an outside staircase. Each of the rooms has its own en-suite. This is actually more like a small hotel with suites of rooms than a private AirBnB. However, that being said - this place was totally amazing! The staff are really helpful and attentive. The rooms are large and luxorious. The pool and gardens are beautfully kept. The breakfast provided is really good. It is on the river, maybe 15 mins walk into the old town - and there are free bikes that you can use too. We loved it and would totally recommend it.

This place was delightful, one of the better options in Hoi An. The design is good, it’s clean and the hosts are so friendly. Breakfast is a wonderful addition each morning and high quality. Cleaning every morning. One bedroom up and another downstairs. Very spacious & with air con. Downstairs is outside. In the heat it is warm but there are fans. Pool has stairs and varied depths ( good for kids) Grabs can easily access (some cats reluctant because of narrow road) You can walk to sea breeze restaurant ( the best place to eat in hoi an hands down)

It's so nice ^^ All the families come together We were swimming in the pool and resting is what happiness feels like. If you really want to be quiet and take a break I recommend it bao host is laundry room service, ice box, etc. I do my best. I'm staying for three nights and leaving tomorrow. Next, the mother I'm going to bring it with me ^^
