There is no asphalt, no shop, no bar. Here you will be enchanted by the hum of the forest, sunsets over the lakes, clean water and something you will not find anywhere else. This place deserved only beautiful houses with dreams and pines around. Sąsny is a family work. The houses fit into the local architecture while guaranteeing comfort and convenience.

A new, bright house (140 sqm) in the heart of green Warmia. The house is located on a 2500 sqm plot, with picturesque views of hills and forests. The property is located in the village of Ruś, 7 km from Olsztyn, on a hill, in the vicinity of several houses. A 54-square-meter cottage on a 640-square-meter fully fenced plot. The house is a two-storey house with a kitchenette equipped with the most necessary things. There are 8 beds for 5 people. The price of the cottage includes bed linen, towels and toiletries. The cottage is ozonated. Relax and unwind in this peaceful place.

The hideout by the lake is a cottage with an area of about 100m2, located on a closed, wooded plot for exclusive use. Peace, quiet, a climatic wooden house, sauna, hot tub, billiards, gazebo with a place for a barbecue and a bonfire, a tree house and a pier on Lake Józefowo are at the disposal of our guests. The cottage has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room with a fireplace (with two sofa beds) and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is so close to Lake Drwęckie that you can practically touch the water surface. Admiring the sunset with a glass of wine, it is difficult to be objective, so we declare that you will not find anything better in this part of the world :-) Because life and vacation are too short to spend them in any interior...
