The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood in the subburbs of Świdnica. The guests are welcome to use three bedrooms, a livingroom with a fireplace and TV, a bathroom, kitchen and big terasse with garden. Świdnica is an old city with an interesting history and many monumets (old marketplace, cathedral and church of peace (UNESCO Worldheritage). There are also several nice hikingroutes and interesting destinations close to Świdnica (old castles, mountains and other).

Villa Adam was built by the textile manufacturer Adam in 1925, completely renovated and modernized by us in 2014. Today it is a small grand hotel, with 6 fully furnished 4 * rooms, an open kitchen, living & dining room, balcony, & terrace, large garden, barbecue. At the foot of the "Wielka Sowa" at 450 m, there are the possibilities to use the pool and tennis court & fitness. You can use this part with the guests of the Sowia Dolina the neighboring property.

We offer our guests a two-room apartment located in the very center of the city, about 30m from the market square. The apartment consists of a spacious, bright bedroom with a large comfortable double bed, a living room, an equipped kitchen, a hallway and a bathroom. In the living room there is a comfortable triple sofa bed. The apartment includes a washing machine, clothes dryer, iron, hair dryer, and dishwasher.
