Enjoy the mountains in this modern, spacious condo located at the Summit Complex. It’s just a short 3-4 minute walk from the front door to the slopes at Eagle Lodge. The kitchen is fully stocked and has a Keurig for your morning brew. There's a gas fireplace and a large, plush, lounge sofa to relax on. You can watch all your favorite shows on the flat screen tv equipped with cable, WiFi, and a Firestick. There is even a boot warmer! Please note we are NOT pet friendly. No elevator. No smoking.

This beautiful quiet condo is the perfect summer or winter rental for a family. This condo can sleep up to 5 people and features a new king bed and two twins and a trudle. Located on the third floor (top) and features vaulted ceilings as well as newly renovated kitchen, bathroom, floors and all new furniture. The condo is accessed by elevator and has 2 parking spaces. The building is a 5 minute walk to the lifts at Eagle. It is also on the town bike path and sits in front of a beautiful creek.

You will love this centrally-located place with short steps to all the dining, shopping, and nightlife of the Village at Mammoth as well as the Westin's amenities including beautiful pools and hot tubs. No drive or no hassle needed to find a parking spot (and long walk from there, IYKYK) at the ski slope as the gondola to Canyon Lodge is right across the street. Worth staying here by itself!

It is a great quiet location for families with kids or a group of friends The queen over twin XL offers the flexibility of sleeping a couple together or kids in separate beds. Located close to elevators and stairs on the 2nd floor. We have numerous repeat stays for this unit. W/D room next door. A/C. By Eagle Lift.

In wintertime walk right to the ski lift and in summertime, hop across the street to the town bike path. This condo has a sunny location and easy access with covered parking and an elevator. The unit is accessed by way of a secure indoor hallway. This condo is about as close as you can get to restaurants, bars & events in Mammoth Lakes. Free public transportation is less than 1/2 a block from the front door. This is a private one bedroom, with one bath and a pullout sofa bed in the living room.
