Apartment holiday rentals in East Attica Regional Unit

We stayed only one night but enjoyed the cosy atmosphere. The apartment in close proximity to the airport was the perfect place to stay to catch our early morning flight. Appreciated the flexible check-in and the friendly communication.

This was a great choice! It was the perfect little home that was fully kitted out and really nicely decorated. Hands down the best bed and sleep we've had in Greece for 5 weeks! The smart lock and lights were very easy to use and modern and the fact that the host has set up Netflix for the apartment was such a nice touch after a long day! We hired a car (a must) but the location was a really nice little coastal beach town. would HIGHLY recommend - just don't forget to leave yourself enough time to.head to the beach for a swim. :)

We had an amazing time at this air bnb! The views from the terrace are unmatched and our host Victor was extremely accommodating for us. Our flight landed so early and we had nowhere to place our bags so he let us drop them off and hang out on the terrace while they prepped our suite. It’s walkable to everything in the city and close to the metro so it’s easy to get to and from the airport. We loved it here and would definitely stay again!

We used Konstantinos’ place for the final preparations before our wedding and for our first night as a married couple – and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The apartment was spotlessly clean, just as described, and beautifully decorated. It offered the calm, stylish atmosphere we needed during such a special time. Konstantinos was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything even smoother. The space felt welcoming and thoughtfully designed – I was genuinely excited the moment I walked in. We’re so glad we chose this place to be part of such meaningful memories, and we’d absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and well-managed stay.

L’appartement a une jolie vue depuis une grande terrasse, et est très bien entretenu. C’était agréable d’y rester. Nicolae est quelqu’un de généreux et de très attentionné envers ses hôtes. Il a fait un aller/retour entre l’aéroport et le logement à tarif réduit et il m’a aidé pour organiser un trajet vers Athènes. Nous avons aussi eu le temps de bien discuter ! C’est le type de séjour qui donne envie de rester plus longtemps ou de revenir.

Ενα υπεροχα ανακαινισμενο διαμερισμα, ευρυχωρο, minimal και με πολυ καλη επικοινωνια και διαχειριση απο τον ιδιοκτητη. Η διαμονη μας ηταν εξαιρετικη!

Μείναμε 2 βράδια στο σπίτι του Χριστόφορου και τον ευχαριστούμε πολύ για τη φιλοξενία. Πολύ καθαρός και τακτοποιημένος χώρος, άνετο διαμέρισμα με υπέροχη θέα. Στα προτερήματα του το πάρκινγκ και τα 2 WC. Ο Χριστόφορος είναι φιλικός και επικοινωνιακός ιδιοκτήτης!

Das Fly & Stay hat genau das geboten, was wir erwartet hatten - und das ist absolut positiv gemeint. Mit der Fähre in Rafina ankommend brauchten wir eine schöne und einfache Übernachtung in Flughafennähe und genau das war es. Die Anreise vom Hafen mit dem Taxi (ca. 15 Euro) funktioniert gut. Das Apartment befindet sich in einem modernen Haus, ist klimatisiert, schick und hat mit Kaffee, Zucker, ein bisschen Geschirr und einem netten Balkon alles, was es für ein bis zwei Nächte braucht. Es ist zwar weder richtig groß, noch sonderlich persönlich, aber modern und komfortabel und somit exakt das, was wir gesucht haben. Das Bett verdient ein extra Lob, außerdem sind fußläufig viele Restaurants und Bars problemlos zu erreichen, auch mehrere Supermärkte. Die Kommunikation mit dem Host war super freundlich, professionell und immer schnell. Empfehlung.

Nothing negative to say about the apartment or host. On one occasion I locked myself out. At approx. 23:15 Philoppo was immediately present. Kind, polite and considerate. I would certainly book again. A tiny niggle - a kitchen chopping board would have been useful!

Excellent séjour dans ce très bel appartement. Nous avons apprécié la qualité (et la propreté !) des lieux et la vue magnifique sur le Parthénon. La communication avec Maria était très fluide et claire. Bref, on recommande chaudement ce lieu pour visiter Athènes !

We hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf! Het appartement is modern, smaakvol ingericht en tot in de puntjes verzorgd – echt niets op aan te merken. Ideaal voor twee personen en bovendien perfect gelegen om de omgeving te verkennen. Een echte aanrader, we komen graag nog eens terug!

Von A bis Z waren wir sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Die Wohnung ist super gelegen, hell, sehr schön eingerichtet & man hat eine wunderbare Sicht auf die Akropolis. Ringsrum gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants & Cafés :) Die Kommunikation mit Konstantinos war sehr angenehm & wir haben stets zeitnah eine Antwort erhalten. Wieder in Athen würde ich die gleiche Unterkunft buchen.

Ηταν όλα τέλεια, πολύ καθαρό δωμάτιο, πολύ φιλική και ευέλικτη η Κωνσταντίνα στα θέμα άφιξης- αναχώρησης! Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

Όλα ήταν άψογα, Η επιλογή είναι εξαιρετική είτε πρόκειται για επαγγελματική χρήση (γκρουπ) είτε για οικογενειακή.

I had to spend two nights at Themis place and it was an amazing stay. The location is phenomenal quiet safe and very polite neighbors, the apartment it self was stunning clean with everything you might need, needles to say the patio is in my opinion the best place of the appartment jacuzzi is fantastic to relax and decompress. The host was excellent I had to contact him a couple of times for advice and he was always quick to respond and more than willing to help. All and all this appartment is a must book if you are considering to stay in Athens. Highly recommended.

we loved our stay here. modern and clean, and plenty of space for 2 people! tons of good restaurants right around the corner. walking distance to metro and so many other things. it is 3 flights of stairs up, but the view of the acropolis is worth it!

Our stay was great! The host was quick to respond to any messages and the location was perfect for walking to different restaurants. The view was incredible as well.

Arrived in evening & found entrance was at far end of road which was uphill. Taxis were on strike day we arrived after a 45 minute walk 😢. We should’ve caught the Metro. Keyless entry system worked fine. Wi-Fi worked well. Tried local restaurant the 1st evening, recommended & cheap. Apartment had all amenities except a microwave which we didn’t need. Spotlessly clean & & photos are accurate. Nice complimentary bottle of wine & water on arrival. Jacuzzi on patio was lovely. Text communication with Panagiotis was excellent & he messaged several times to ensure we were OK. Used local metro at bottom of hill which is great to get into central Athens & only €1.20 a journey. Uber is about €7. Breakfast in morning on back patio is lovely as sun rises with distant view of Acropolis. Nice to sit on front balcony at end of day watching sun set. Panagiotis was so helpful with any text communication. Would highly recommend.

Parfait. Konstantinos est très attentionné. Il est toujours joignable. Et que dire de l'appartement ? Fantastique, vue extraordinaire. 25 min à pieds de l'Acropole. Nous nous en souviendrons longtemps.

Loved this place! Gorgeous and convenient space, great host suggestions, and perfect location. They even gave us fresh towels after two days. Loved it!

Home was clean, host would respond very fast to any questions. Area is walkable to restaurants. Very private and comfortable.

This centrally located room is spacious, bright, and fully equipped, offering stunning views of the Acropolis. Its location provides excellent convenience for getting around; you'll rarely need taxis or the metro as most attractions are within easy walking distance.
