Location! Location! We were in town for a meeting in downtown Austin. Both nights we stayed we walked up the street to awesome restaurants in the evening.

What an absolute gem of a place! I loved the artsy decor, and the little touches that made the place extra fun. Chair swing! Gorgeous tiled shower. And the lake/boardwalk just a 10 minute walk away made it perfect. I loved my stay and would return in a second!

Lee was very accommodating for our stay. The beds were so comfortable and the house had everything we needed. Also loved the area of town it was in - close to walking trails and lots of fun things to do. We will be back!

This is the perfect spot to stay in Austin!! It was close enough to any of the things we wanted to do (not any traffic to get around!) but far enough away from the hustle and bustle that it was so relaxing (and no fights for parking which is a plus!!!) Everything was perfect in the house and we felt right at home! Spacious and cozy for when we just wanted to be lazy and hangout inside from the heat. Steph was super responsive and helpful!! Would 1,000% stay again if in the Austin area!

Loved our stay in Austin at Sue’s guesthouse! It was a perfect location to many local restaurants and coffee shops. Very safe and walkable neighborhood! Sue responded very quickly and access was so easy. The guesthouse had all the amenities we needed and was very cute and comfortable! Would definitely stay again.

This is the second time I've stayed at this property because it serves my needs and is cuter and more comfortable than a hotel. Quick access to important freeways and great breakfast spots.

If you are looking for a tiny home with a different experience for kids with bedroom upstairs via ladder this is the perfect spot.

We had such a great time staying here! Elizabeth provides great local recommendations and the space is perfect! She even had the artist we were visiting Austin to see playing on the tv when we got there! This was our second time staying here and we will definitely be back

Rita’s place is close to my Shady Hollow family… very convenient. I’ve stayed there a couple of times and it will always be my first choice for future stays.

The shipping container was very cozy and secluded. Had everything you’d want for relaxation and had the most comfortable bed! The host were fantastic and very responsive. Highly recommend!

My stay at Steef’s place was just what I needed! I felt right at home! The cottage is secluded and quiet which was perfect for feeling the need to reset and rest but it’s also a close walk to shops and bars if you’d like to get out and about! Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at the tiny home! It was adorable, surprisingly spacious for two people, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was super cute and functional, the bed was really comfy , and the place was clean and felt very safe. The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to explore. The hosts were quick to respond and provided detailed, helpful instructions. Highly recommend!

Great place for an easy quick few nights in Austin. We went to Cosmic and La Holly for drinks per host recommendations and really enjoyed both spots! WiFi worked great for work!

The casita was very pleasant. It had a private little patio and private access. It's perfect if you don't need much space. The neighborhood was friendly. I met multiple neighbors who were all very kind. Also a great place to see fireflies!

Didnt stay too long at the listing. Mainly used it as a place to sleep for the night. The only sink is in the bathroom but that’s called out in the description. I wasn’t really cooking or eating so that didn’t bother me. Quiet garden out back and filtered water in the kitchen was much appreciated.

Had an awesome stay in The Austin Texas House! The place was super clean and comfy, and the location was perfect!!! just a short walk to our favorite restaurant. I got to meet Chris and he was super friendly and welcoming, plus we got to meet his sweet dog Mika too! Really appreciated the hospitality. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in town!
