Cam’s place is a great little unit with lovely decor.. possibly the cleanest short term rental we have ever stayed in.. Extremely well equipped to make the stay enjoyable and convenient, high quality linen, secure and the thoughtful extras provided went above and beyond

Loved my stay here! The apartment was super clean, beautifully decorated, and felt really welcoming. The host was very proactive and easy to communicate with, which made everything so smooth. The location was perfect too as its in a lively area with heaps to do and so many options for places to eat. Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better spot. Would 100% stay again!

Great last minute stay. Host got back to me quickly and was very accomidating. Nice apartment with all the streaming apps on the tv. will be staying here again. walking distance to the big shopping centre across the road

Vicky came through for us when a car breakdown caused an impromptu stay in Geelong. We couldn't have asked for a more accommodating host; we really enjoyed the stay and the hostess. I recommend staying here for your vacation needs!

We were down for the weekend to watch the footy. Lots of places booked out, it was a busy weekend in Geelong - boat show/racing, regatta, footy, air show next weekend, lucky to find Nicks place available. Walking distance to GMHBA stadium and eateries and waterfront. Nice place, old unit that’s been done up. Garage is small/low, our hatchback fitted but an SUV wouldn’t. A comfortable stay in a good location. Nick was a friendly and helpful host.

Really nice apartment - great location, across the road from the beach and even better the cafe! Would highly recommend for couples or small family.

Firstly, the photos do not do it justice. The location is amazing, and the interior design of the airbnb is cosy and a vibe. Helen and Amy were extremely responsive and accommodating to our arrival time and helped make sure check in went smoothly. The airbnb itself was well stocked, above what was expected, it's like every little thing had been thought out. We definitely thought it was worth the price we paid and would stay again! It was pleasing to walk in and see that everything was as described. A beautiful property which made our stay enjoyable . A tv in the main bedroom would be nice but we did not miss it.

What can I say, Robert (and Ernie) were extremely helpful from pre arrival up until departure. Was a beautiful place to stay and would recommend to anyone wanting to stay close to the city but also far enough away to be quiet. would love to stay again on our next trip, thanks again Robert and Ernie

Perfect little 1BR apartment in the heart of the city. Great views - especially at night & the place is super clean / tidy. Will defiantly be back next time I'm in Melbourne!

Lovely little place to spend a few days. The area was quiet, the surrounding gardens beautiful and peaceful and the accommodation comfortable. The place had all the amenties needed as well as a few little extras to make the stay special. John provided ample information and suggestions on information sheets and brochures with ideas to explore the area. We didn't meet John until the day we were leaving so the place was very private too. We would visit again if we are in the area in the future :)

My stay at Admiral Pl was comfortable and clean, everything was as described and checkin/out was very easy. The location was also convenient with the beach just down the road and city center also close by. Thankyou for having me!

Beautiful apartment with great amenities. It was challenging to locate the place initially with 3 towers close to each other but got around it with the help of the shop staff nearby. As it’s close to the train and police stations, traffic sounds were audible at night. Else an amazing apartment with great furnishings that’s near the central area.

This was far and away our best AirBNB experience. The apartment was perfect for a couples getaway; immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, close to lots great restaurants and bars, perfect to walk around the city. Andrea was a gracious host, helpful while checking in and no issues during our stay.

Had a wonderful stay at Haruka’s place. Bathroom was a bit squeezy but otherwise it was a nice place for the 2 of us who wanted to explore Melbourne CBD area. Multiple tram stations that are of walking distance, as well as close to a Woolsworth and quite a few restaurants too.

Thankyou Alix & Taj, we loved your place, unfortunately for us we didn't get to experience it fully as were at a conference from early till late. We do hope to comeback and enjoy again soon. Carolyn, Laura, Patty & Kristina.

Swan Bay views was the perfect accommodation for our needs as a couple with a dog. It had everything we needed from a large secure backyard for the dog to a warm and cosy one bedroom apartment with high quality king size bed, fully equipped kitchen and laundry. We appreciated the extra touches on arrival with the lovely sourdough bread, lemon cake and home made jams, prewarmed rooms, instructions and local recommendations. It was a nice blend of B&B and AirBnB with the lovely provisions and well stocked kitchen and owners onsight but out of site. The location was a short walk to main street and a nice and quiet location with beautiful views of Swan bay to greet you each morning.

We're very happy with our stay and would definitely come back again :)

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at, even though it’s expensive I highly recommend this place at least once you just can’t miss it!!

Great hosts who were super responsive and obviously care about their place and their customers. A fabulous location 5 min walk to the CBD, all the theatres and botanical gardens, trams etc. Didn't need a car, a well set up kitchen and nearby IGA, super comfy bed and lots of lovely plants so it felt less like a motel. The pool sauna and gym were all fab too. A super generous supply of towels ( including for the pool), toilet paper, paper towels detergent etc so it was easy to move in and relax. Great kitchen to cook in small but withe everything you could need. This will now be our Melb base whenever we are in town.

Wonderful experience. From first communication to the last, Henfry was friendly, courteous and proactive. Directions for parking and accessing the unit were clear and easy. The unit itself was clean, well stocked and comfortable. Lovely views with good wifi. Good heating for a cold few days! Beds were comfortable and the tram (free tram zone) was just outside the front door making the CBD easily accessible. Great place to stay! Highly recommended

Thanks Fil for an amazing stay, photos were pretty much exactly what was in the listing, and the view of South Melbourne from the apartment was such a great touch and a nice change from the hustle and bustle of the city, though the location was also really convenient, very near to the tram stop. Apartment was clean and so comfortable, the kids had a great time!

Helpful staff and just a lovely area to rest and l loved the spa. I highly recommend.
