Holiday rentals with a patio in East Hampton North

“A Wonderful Stay!” I had such a pleasant experience at this Airbnb! The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. It was a beautiful studio. Nancy was very nice and left us goodies and drinks when we arrived. There were recommendations for places in the area, beaches and restaurants. We liked our stay very much.

We stayed for our honeymoon - long weekend and first time Hamptons visitors. Very clean, organized and cozy space with nice decorations. All amenities listed were available. We really enjoyed the hot tub and firepit, very peaceful and private area. You should have a car to get around to restaurants, shops, and other outdoor activities. Lots of areas were walking, bike, and scooter friendly. There were so many beautiful views of the water!! Would stay here again, great value.

Lisa's apartment is exactly as depicted in the AirBnb listing. It is spacious, clean, comfortable, close to the village of Sag Harbor and down the block from a beautiful private beach. Given the cost of hotels in this area this apartment is an excellent value. While we did not speak or meet during our stay Lisa provided clear directions with regard to finding the home, parking and how to enter and left us her cell phone number in case we needed anything.

this was my 4th time staying at this air b and b and as usual I dodnt want to leave!!. Sarah and Phil where amazing. I love going to this air b and b becouse its so peaceful and calm and its like be at home. I will be back again. if you looking for an awsome place to stay look no futher!!! this is thr place to go!! this family is wonderfully and beautiful people. There’s so much to love about this charming open plan beach cottage! We especially enjoyed the water views, hearing the birds, and eating on the breezy porch. It was sparkling clean and stocked with everything you’d need, from comfortable beds and towels to many thoughtful essentials like hand and dish soaps, tea and coffee pods, paper towels/toilet paper, and shampoo/conditioner. Eileen is a gracious and responsive host — she was particularly understanding when we had to reschedule our visit. Thank you for a wonderful stay, Eileen, and we hope to return!

Ashley’s house is the perfect get away. I booked this house for my family to stay for my wedding weekend. My mom had never stayed in an Airbnb before and I’ve never seen her so happy and relaxed. She truly enjoyed her first Airbnb experience at Ashley’s place. It was exactly as described and the view is beautiful. Ashley was very responsive and made sure to answer any questions I had.

This was our wedding day weekend and we were shocked just how well this Airbnb was designed, built and cared for. All of the appliances were high quality, an art TV, a gorgeous shower. My wife and I couldn't have been happier calling this cute cottage home for this special weekend. Thank you Sara!

Great location in the middle of the Hamptons - extremely close to Sag Harbor. Backyard is immaculate for a relaxing trip away from the city.

Perfect spot for a Montauk getaway. Walking distance to everything dockside has to offer, great pool and lounge chairs on the property, very simple check-in via code with the front desk. Nick was kind and communicative our whole stay. We’ll be coming back!

We really enjoyed staying at Lynn’s place! Very clean and had a great view of the ocean from the deck. Lynn was very responsive and made the experience seamless. We would definitely stay with Lynn again.

Adam’s cozy cottage was exactly what I needed! I was visiting for a work event and I needed a quiet base-of-operations to answer emails and take calls. The unit was pristine, much more space than I anticipated. Hot shower, full kitchen, comfy couch, and a big bed. When I was ready to turn down, the stillness and quiet was breathtaking. Complete darkness. Whether you need an extended office / room for a business trip like me, or if you want a quiet, isolated getaway near Sag, this is the spot. Thanks Adam!

This place is great in old-school AirBnB style. Feels like Nadine’s second home being shared with us. Quality finishes throughout, very well stocked in terms of glasses, plates, towels, etc. We came for a wedding but were able to have our own nuclear family reunion with three young-adult children coming in from around the country. The space handled us all with ease. The great room is spacious with a big table and even bigger sectional sofa. Just a great place to gather and hang out (which we did a little more than expected because of tropical storm Ophelia). We enjoyed the coffee and sandwiches across the street and brought in sushi and wine for one dinner, less than 5 minutes drive away. One quick note: 2 BRs not 3
