A beautiful, relaxing and peaceful setting and a quick and easy trip to town. Great views and house was perfect with tons of amenities and perfect to bring our dog. Host was fantastic and so responsive. An amazing stay!

An amazing stay overall. It was comfortable for 6 adults. Spencer was extremely helpful throughout our stay — I had lots of questions and Spencer was quickly responsive. The house itself is beautiful and has that eastern Long Island charm. The backyard had lots of space and is well maintained alongside the pool. We also enjoyed a sunset evening at the beach which is just a few steps away. It was a wonderful weekend and I am certainly looking forward to staying here in the future!

Gorgeous house and property that is even better than the photos. Like other reviews have mentioned, the highway noise in the backyard is definitely present, but easy enough to ignore. Really enjoyed our stay and communication was great!

Ashley’s house is the perfect get away. I booked this house for my family to stay for my wedding weekend. My mom had never stayed in an Airbnb before and I’ve never seen her so happy and relaxed. She truly enjoyed her first Airbnb experience at Ashley’s place. It was exactly as described and the view is beautiful. Ashley was very responsive and made sure to answer any questions I had.

We really enjoyed staying at Lynn’s place! Very clean and had a great view of the ocean from the deck. Lynn was very responsive and made the experience seamless. We would definitely stay with Lynn again.

If we don't give a good review, can we keep this to ourselves?! Patti was a perfect host; the views were fantastic, whether from the outdoor porch or inside through the French doors looking out on the water. Access to the small beach and pool were excellent and we were close to several good restaurants (many of which Patti suggested, including some on the water) for take-out during the pandemic. Wifi was great and everything was very clean and as advertised. We generally fly for vacations and long weekends but had to stay closer to home this year and this was a perfect choice.

Dan is the most responsive host we've ever had. Usually we got a reply within minutes or even seconds. He happily got the hot tub heated up for us when we needed it and replenished our towels within an hour of our request. That hospitality made our stay so much better. The home is beautiful! It's right on the water, and features lots of luxurious tile, a huge patio, a little dock and lots of windows and open space from which to see it all. We especially loved the hot tub. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again if I'm ever on Long Island again.

Donald was an excellent host - he was super responsive, checked us into the house himself, and offered tons of recommendations of things to do for the weekend. The house was incredible and our group had so much fun - the pool, hot tub, outside deck and overall space was great. 10/10 stay!

Elizabeth was an amazing host and communicator. Our stay at the cottage on Gardiner’s bay was a wonderful experience. The area is unmatched in its beauty, and the cottage fits in perfectly to the area. Everything you need is there, and town is extremely close by for anything else. I can't say enough good things about this place. This place was so beautiful, quiet and exactly as described. Rachel was responsive, flexible with check in and provided everything you would need to feel right at home. The place was spotless, bed and linen were extremely comfortable, bathroom had all necessities. We absolutely loved the location- less than 10 minutes from town and RIGHT on the beach. Private walk out and lounge area, we can't wait to come back!

This was our second time renting Brian's place for a getaway and this stay was as excellent as the last. We love this house so much and Brian could not be a better host. His communication is stupendous; he was always immediately available to respond to any questions we had.

As a native long islander I enjoy finding great properties I can bring my family to to take advantage of all long island has to offer. This was the DREAMIEST beach bungalow!! The bedroom with the two beds was just my favorite room especially since we visited off season. You cannot beat this location. I can't wait to book again during high season! We had a great stay at Stephen's house in Greenport. The house was absolutely beautiful, there was plenty of space, and it had everything you could possibly need for a great stay. You can tell the house is cherished, lived in, and cared for by the owners. The location is perfect and the town of Greenport is full of amazing restaurants, beautiful sights (who knew it was full of gorgeous cherry blossoms?), and there are many things to do in the area.

Our stay at Alia's page was amazing. We would definitely book this cottage again. Alia was very flexible about check in time, as we arrived a bit early. We were able to grab some beach gear at head right to the beach, just a short walk away. We travelled with our 20 month old and the place was very child friendly, not only the crib, sound machine, high chair, and beach wagon, but low profile furniture. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials and some extras for packing snacks for the beach. We used the grill and fire pit as well, all great relaxing experiences. The location is a short drive to the Main Street in town, but we liked the quiet more private street away from the hustle. There is lots to do in the area and Alia had a great guide in the cottage, but also reached out ahead of our check in to see if we needed any personal recommendations. The cottage was lovely design, and if I could have my own cottage, it would be just this style! Highly recommend!
