Our family was coming for a wedding- it was a stunning place for us to gather and enjoy - reality- I wish would have been able to stay longer. I highly recommend this place- stunning space and great hosts. Can’t wait to come back. Thank you for everything.

Terry is a perfect host. Very responsive. His home was cozy, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The fully equipped kitchen made cooking a breeze. Nestled in peaceful wilderness with no neighbors nearby, it offered the perfect escape. We loved every moment of our stay. A definite 5-star experience—highly recommended for anyone seeking a quiet, relaxing getaway!

If your looking for a warm inviting venue, Big Blue is your place! It was a perfect place for our workshop. Not only was Gloria easy to deal with, she was also able to accommodate my guest speaker for 2 nights. Big Blue and Gloria were very warm and inviting and you felt right at home. We had forgotten a couple of things and Gloria was quick to step in and provide us with what we needed! Highly recommend!

This airbnb was amazing, it exceeded our expectations. It a unique one a kind airbnb. The hosts Tyler and Tara are what makes this place memorable. They are so friendly, kind, anything you need or questions they are there and respond and available very quickly. They gave good recommendations on where to go and things to do. They had a beautiful view of the lake. The big screen TV was nice. 2 separate bedrooms and laundry was handy for a longer stay. The stay was great and we would go again in a heart beat.

I had a wonderful stay at Barb and Jeff's cottage. It was quiet, spacious, comfortable and clean. Barb and Jeff were wonderful hosts – very responsive, helpful and friendly. I had a wonderful time, and am looking forward to visiting their cottage again in the near future!

Margherita's place was so comfortable and relaxing. This was a great home base for all our day trips. The beautiful scenery, wild lupin in the yard, deer. ringneck pheasant with momma and baby. All seen through the big kitchen windows while eating breakfast! If you're looking for a relaxing peaceful getaway but still close to major highway, this is it! Thank you Margherita for hosting us.

If you are looking to stay in a cool, old farmhouse in the area, this is the place. Nadya-Lyse is very responsive and kind.

Wanted to get away from everything and this was the perfect spot! Such a beautiful, peaceful location. Cozy little cabin with beautiful surroundings. Perfect spot for a getaway and reset!

Had an awesome stay. Loved the location and amenities. Accommodations were great and the bed was super comfy. Cabins had everything you needed. Staff were extremely helpful. Will definitely return.

Great private and peaceful campground. Could do a bit of up keeping on the tent ( moldy exterior, one of door zipper didn't work). We appreciated the furnace inside the tent. Had fun paddle boarding.

Took an impromptu trip to NS for the weekend and lucked out with a vacancy at the Lakeside Lookout cabin. Very quiet, peaceful and serene surroundings made our stay more than enjoyable, topped off with a clean and welcoming cabin. Interested to see all the other things that they will build and do with this property. Will return in the future for sure.

We had a magical night in the tent and really enjoyed the experience. The lake, the fireplace and the nature were beautiful. Getting there by car was kind of an adventure but manageable. Don’t forget your bug spray and dish towels ;)

This was a great little getaway for a couple days. Much cozier than tent camping while still giving that “in the woods” feeling. I’d recommend to bring your own flashlights, lighter, and fire starter though if you’re not used to the outdoorsy thing ;)

Great spot and lots of great activities

Cannot say enough good things about Ravens rest! The cabin was very thoughtfully well stocked with anything we may need. Beautiful location and Heidi is an amazing friendly host. The wellness centre, with a hot tub, sauna, and cold plunge, was a great experience. Finally, meeting the various highland cows and alpacas as well as Jack the donkey was a highlight. Can’t wait to visit again!

What a wonderful stay we had at the lake house! Coming from the US where the weather is already 95F, it was a fantastic way to beat the heat and spend time with family. Such a great location on the lake with peace and quiet (we live in large cities). The lake house itself is beautiful! Amazing glass windows give everyone the lovely views of Nova Scotia. The home is modern, spacious, and accommodated us all. Jolena is amazing! She’s responsive, friendly, and all around a lovely human being. We will be back!!

Heidi was such an amazing host. Their property is so beautiful and just like the pictures. They gave us recommendations of places to see and we learned so much about farming and farm animals. Highly recommend staying.

Had such an amazing bridal shower/bachelorette at the Luxe! Insanely beautiful, had great amenities. The power had went out & there was an issue with the water but Jolena was very responsive & had someone come fix it very quickly. Kayaking on the lake, the sauna, the hottub, great grilling area, it was all amazing for what we were looking for.

The Lily Pad was a great location for a cozy weekend getaway! Loved the views and the hot tub! The cottage was clean and warm for our stay and all the things we needed were available. Jolena checked in with us and made sure we knew she was easy to contact if needed. Thanks for the great stay!
