Living here feels like a home of your family or relatives you can always come back to, its peaceful and provided a really warm homey feeling there isnt much to do around other than few food stall but its close to city center, and Mr Jeremy is kind enough to give recommendations, Ms Nita helped with lots of things and the cats she own were adorable

Anna was a fantastic host, super warm welcoming and knows everything in town. Although we arrived late at night, they still drove us around and introduced to us popular places in town. She can also arrange trips to islands and arranged our airport transfer. Would look no further if visit next time.

Great stay at this listing. Good location. Host was really nice. After I inform her that the water heater is out of service, she sent someone to fix it within hours. Her response was quick. My friends and I had a great time.

My stay was fantastic. I booked two different rooms during my stay and both of them are perfectly good. It was a two-storey big house containing dozens of rooms, with washing machine provided. The housekeeper was such a nice lady, who kept lovely cats in a spare room. I did enjoy playing with them. Jeremy the host was very responsive even though he doesn't stay here, and his mother who lives here could speak Mandarin as well. Besides, there were a food court open for 24 hours nearby and it was also not far from tourist attraction. Would definitely recommend this cozy homestay!

Very spacious living room, can accommodate 7 people easily. Kitchen facilities are organised neatly too.

The house was very clean and tidy, although it was actually far from the dock and the town centre. The landlord drove us to buy drinking water on the first night and kindly reminded us of the need to pay attention in Semporna， landlord lives next door, so it is very convenient to communicate when we have problem，the 3 day make us feel warm.

It just what i need.. To be feel at home while away from my hometown. Her house is very clean.. Both zaff & danial are sweet host. Location is great & airport pickup is available. We dinner together that night. While im washing my clothes.. Very good hospitality.. I love the room..very clean & cozy with aircond & blackout curtain.. Enough wardrobe & there's study table too.. The house is very big & cozy too.. I like the kitchen.. Keep it up...

This is my second stay. This time, I was surrounded by the helper's cats and had a pleasant stay. Surprisingly, the most shy cat was by my side, and it seemed to remember me from last time, probably because I gave it a tulle. If that's the case, I won't be able to help buying tulle again at the shopping mall!　 You might even want to jog 2.3 kilometers from the cat statue. It looks like it's a very popular place to stay with a lot of guests during my stay.

Jeremy has a big and beautiful house! I stayed in room 5: spacious and bright like you don't see in Kuching. Air conditioning worked perfectly. Bathroom and common areas very clean. The house is located a little outside the center but with a grab (or your own means of transport) you can get to the center in a short time. Fot the price it is absolutely worth staying here, especially if you want to be comfortable and have a little privacy. I worked online from here for a few days and it was a good choice because the wifi was perfect and i had my own space.

A Long's service is great! We stayed in a room on the top floor of the 3rd floor, one bedroom and one living room, the room is huge and very comfortable. The location is also RM8-10 RM to grab the town, and there are a fixed few times a day to get to the town for free. The experience exceeded expectations. The pier was dirty and messy. It was very noisy. If you come to Semporn, you have to go out to sea. The accommodation is to find a clean and comfortable place. The mangrove hotel where I went on the third night was very far. Aaron helped find a local master. I couldn't wait for the service. I like it!

Cozy attached house with locals for neighbours. Friendly people around and far enough from the Lahad Datu center. This is by far the best neighbourhood to have a rental. Quiet area. 15 minutes walk from a huge supermarket and lots of amazing food. Choose this place, you won’t regret it.
