⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Clean, Comfortable, and Thoughtfully Prepared! We had a great stay! The place was spotless, quiet, and exactly what we needed for a few nights of good sleep and hot showers. It was clear that the host put thought into making guests feel welcome—there was a mini chocolate bar and a bottle of water waiting for each of us when we arrived, which was such a kind touch after a long day of travel. Check-in was smooth, the bed was comfortable, and everything worked perfectly. While we didn’t spend much time there beyond resting, it was the perfect place to recharge. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and cozy spot!

Jennifer’s place was perfect. Great location. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Very new and spotlessly clean. Will definitely return.

Paul's apartment is perfect for a visit to Mystic. It's cozy, well-appointed, and right in the heart of everything Mystic has to offer. The fact that it comes with parking and is pet friendly are also huge bonuses. We were only able to stay for one night this time but look forward to a return trip!

Sabrina's place was by far the nicest place we have stayed in New Haven. I felt welcomed with little extras like cocoa packets, a variety of coffees (we left our favorite brand), very simple yet tasteful decor and most of all extra comfy beds. Her place was spotless, had modern appliances and small touches here and there like the small little xmas tree lite up at the back entrance. I felt very secure and give my experience a 5/5. Lovely town and environment. Very spacious and fully equipped apartment. The two bedrooms are separated from each other by the big kitchen, a little reading room and the living room…so good privacy. Two TVs. Comfy beds! The small town is an easy and pleasant walk. It’s a ground floor apartment under the owners house, so be prepared for the patter of little dog feet above. We did not see the owners but communication was terrific. Great place to stay in the vicinity.

No complaints! Easy check-in and check-out. Really awesome location. We walked everywhere for the duration of our stay because it is so close to the entire downtown area!

Bob, Dawn, and their dog, Cooper were the greatest hosts! We felt welcomed from the moment we got there until the moment we left. The apartment had everything we needed and more, and the shared spaces outside were very serene. I would highly recommend this Airbnb for for anyone wanting a relaxing getaway. There’s so much to love about this charming open plan beach cottage! We especially enjoyed the water views, hearing the birds, and eating on the breezy porch. It was sparkling clean and stocked with everything you’d need, from comfortable beds and towels to many thoughtful essentials like hand and dish soaps, tea and coffee pods, paper towels/toilet paper, and shampoo/conditioner. Eileen is a gracious and responsive host — she was particularly understanding when we had to reschedule our visit. Thank you for a wonderful stay, Eileen, and we hope to return!

Luigi was an excellent host, super responsive and a pleasure to interact with. The house is beautiful, super clean and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable and created the perfect sleep environment. Close walking distance to all the Greenport activities. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend staying here.

Fantastic cute spot in Old Saybrook. Key things for future guests to know - there is no A/C in the winter months so the air can get a bit stale / stuffy in the house. Plus there is no washing machine / dryer in the house, so defo bring enough clothes!

Great stay! Although it was a rainy weekend, we had a great weekend!! There were close restaurants and coffee shops and the house itself was perfect. Great aesthetic to the home, very cozy and relaxing.

We had a lovely fall weekend stay at Paul’s place. The house and the water views are just as pictured. Convenient location allowed us a good home base to explore the north fork wine trail and local businesses. We did have one small plumbing issue during our stay however Paul was extremely responsive to ensure it did not affect our stay at all. It was a nice experience having such a responsive host. Overall our friend group had a great time and would return again.

A fantastic place to stay in the Hamptons, a special gem of a place located in the Dunes of Amagansett, will be back every year!

Perfect spot for a Montauk getaway. Walking distance to everything dockside has to offer, great pool and lounge chairs on the property, very simple check-in via code with the front desk. Nick was kind and communicative our whole stay. We’ll be coming back!

We really enjoyed staying at Lynn’s place! Very clean and had a great view of the ocean from the deck. Lynn was very responsive and made the experience seamless. We would definitely stay with Lynn again.

Adam’s cozy cottage was exactly what I needed! I was visiting for a work event and I needed a quiet base-of-operations to answer emails and take calls. The unit was pristine, much more space than I anticipated. Hot shower, full kitchen, comfy couch, and a big bed. When I was ready to turn down, the stillness and quiet was breathtaking. Complete darkness. Whether you need an extended office / room for a business trip like me, or if you want a quiet, isolated getaway near Sag, this is the spot. Thanks Adam!
