It was perfect for our weekend in Memphis! We had two kids with us and they loved the bunk bed room. Such great accommodations! Everything was clean and it’s a good location. Love the neighborhood

Host very communicative and responsive. There was minimal yet expected sounds from the occupants next door ( doors closing, voices on patio). Very walkable neighborhood to lots of nearby restaurants.

We really enjoyed staying at Luis home. It was very quiet, cozy and clean. It also had everything we needed. We were able to take some nice walks in the mornings and it was convenient for us. As we needed to be close to the Dixon garden area too. We will definitely love to stay again.

Love our stay at Tim’s place. Space was exactly as described. Lovely and safe neighborhood. Close to amazing shops and restaurants and live music. Easy to get around. Tim was highly responsive to all communications and checked in to let us know to reach out if we needed anything. Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!!!

Laura was AMAZING! From the day I made the reservations, to the day we left. Everything was clean and beautiful. it was our first trip to Memphis. We came to visit Graceland, Beale Street ( highly highly HIGHLY recommend the gumbo at Blues City Cafe on Beale! ) and to see the Peabody Ducks. But Laura went above and beyond and sent us information on other activities to do and visit while we were there of we had time aside from what we had planned. It certainly is NOT our last trip to Memphis and we will continue to book with Laura as long as her beautiful cottage is available!

We had a great experience and would stay again if we ever return to Memphis. Thanks Evan and Annie!

This House was awesome!!! I spent my birthday weekend here with my girlfriends for a girls trip. Super clean and centrally located!! The host Bunnie was very responsive when I had questions about the check in process. Great Stay!!!

me and my boyfriend stayed here for a weekend for my 21st birthday and we had a blast, it’s the perfect location!! the place itself is very nice and just like the pictures, everything you need is less than a 10 minute walk from the loft. the parking across the street was only like $30 for friday-sunday. the bed was comfy, the kitchen had plenty of utensils for cooking and eating, living room was nice w a book of recommendations!

I absolutely loved my stay! It was a lovely home and I had no issues. I do want to warn others with quite a bit of luggage that it’s a little tricky up the stairs but definitely recommend. Thank you!

This place has plenty of room, everything you need for a short or long stay. I initially booked for 5 weeks and stayed 11 weeks. Great location, close to everything, but a quiet, private location. Very comfortable couch and bed. Plenty of street parking or private covered parking in the back. 100% would book again!

Sharon's place feels like home away from home. It has everything you need and is quiet and relaxing. I look forward to more trips there.

Our stay at Graze House was truly exceptional! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt incredibly comfortable from the moment we walked in. The location was perfect and right near the heart of the city and close to everything we wanted to explore. Morgan and the entire Pettigrew Adventures team was incredibly responsive and welcoming. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the welcome wine and the stocked kitchen. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and highly recommend Graze house to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish stay in Memphis. John is a great host. Very responsive and friendly. Location is great and within walking distance to good food and entertainment

We had a nice stay. Everything was clean. We had a small issue getting in the gate but we received immediate instruction that worked. I loved the security of the gate. The only thing is we could hear the upstair’s neighbors walking and moving around. We loved being in this area because it was walkable to Beale St. restaurants, Lorraine Motel, and other rooftop restaurants, and the river. Drew and Emily were very responsive and great hosts!

I appreciated Annie‘s space a lot. I felt home in the space pretty quickly, and I was glad about the washer and dryer. The neighbor hood around Overton Square is lively and can be reached in walking distance. I’d book it again. Annie is great, very reponsive and helpful.

Jon's place was everything we imagined it would be. Very well kept and accessible to so many things. Jon was extremely polite and responsive. I will recommend and stay again.

Great place to stay if you visit Memphis. Close to Beale Street and the national civil rights museum (a must see!)

This a beautiful place and the pictures don’t do any justice- for this to be downtown, it’s quite and private. The location is walkable to some great restaurants and shops .

The Apartment was spacious and comfortable. Everything was well-maintained and of high quality. Off-street parking in a gated lot was perfect because of the convenient location. We walked to most of the places we wanted to visit. I would recommend this Airbnb to anyone I know who visits Memphis.

Super Air BnB, schön und authentisch eingerichtet, gut eingerichtete Küche, 4 Bett + Schlafsofa, 2 Bäder und einwandfreier Zugang durch die private Garage! Super Lage! Trotzdem sehr ruhig. Zwei Bier-Brauereien als Nachbarn und das Sun-Studio in 5‘ zu Fuss erreichbar. Jason ist ein sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber und reagierte sehr hilfsbereit und schnell auf Anfragen.
