Little Hoops, cosy converted barn

Little Hoops is our cosy converted barn with original beams and underfloor heating throughout making it ideal for a break away at any time. We lovingly restored it with our family a number of years ago and have enjoyed making it a special place to stay, we often joke that it is far nicer than our own home! The barn has a courtyard garden with table and chairs and is close to the local pub, The Crealock Arms. The coast is a 10 min drive away while shops, cafes etc approx 5 mins in a car.

The Barn, West Ford Farm

The Barn is part of an historic farmstead. It was built from cob and stone in the 18th century and sits in a peaceful valley, a lovely place to get away from it all and enjoy the glorious Devon country side. It is on the edge of Dartmoor and next to the Two Moors Way. The pretty village of Drewsteignton is a couple of miles away with it's pub The Drewe Arms. The National Trust's Castle Drogo is half a mile beyond that. The Drogo Estate has beautiful walks along the River Teign

Number 20 Nautilus is a duplex apartment in a luxury development of 28 contemporary apartments adjacent to a magnificent sandy beach at Westward Ho! This holiday apartment is owned by the architect Guy Greenfield. In 2005 the building won the only Royal Institute of British Architects annual award for architecture in Devon and Cornwall. It has been featured in numerous publications. The apartment has three balconies, so you can enjoy the sea view, sunshine and sunsets.

Grade II Listed Converted Barn

Raleigh Barn was converted in 2014 from a 16th Century milking parlour into a characterful two bedroom barn. Both bedrooms have their own ensuite and the second bedroom has the option of two singles instead of a kingsize double. There is underfloor heating throughout and, for a real cosy feel, there is a wood burning stove with a basket of logs. Set in the heart of peaceful rural surroundings, it is an ideal base for exploring the North Devon coastline and surrounding area.
