Holiday rentals with breakfast in East River

this is the 2nd time I've stayed here both times I've enjoyed my stays and how friendly Geet is me and my friends love with spot and will continue to stay here 😂

This place was very nice. The bus into the city was right there making it so easy to travel back and forth each day. And our host was very responsive whenever we had a question. And the neighborhood felt safe. We walked late night (5 minutes) to Hamilton Park for an amazing view of the NY skyline. Would recommend this place!

Defina was amazing! We had issues with the place with some of the electricity and she helped us immediately as well as was quick in responding. She was even kind enough to give us a return on a credit for the issue. The breakfast was awesome and more than expected. More than enough for the entire family. Only reason there were some stars were not filled was because the neighborhood was quite dangerous. Don’t walk around the area, straight in and out from the uber to the house.

We stayed here with my parents and toddler. The master room was big enough to share with toddler bed. The space was clean and all the beds were comfortable. Great location walking distance to the boardwalk and the beach.

Beautiful Airbnb! Very comfortable and pristine with amazing accommodations. Alex was very responsive with all questions I had. He also was able to accommodate me when I requested to have another day at Airbnb. Overall one of the best Airbnb’s that I’ve ever stayed at! 5 stars

It was peaceful, easy to access, and located in a safe neighborhood. Just a short walk to the bus terminal made it super convenient to get to and from NYC. The kitchen was very well stocked, and everything was easy to find. The beds were comfortable and was just what we needed after a full day of walking around the city and Times Square. We would definitely choose to stay here again if we visit!

Great place to meet up with family. The kids enjoyed the pool and soccer area. Views from the rooftop area were amazing!

Jude’s place was great! Clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Communication was clear and check-in was smooth. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others looking for a stress-free spot.

Steven was a very friendly and responsive host. There were plenty of welcoming snacks and drinks, the kitchen was well equipped and easy to use. There was some walking noise and music audible from upstairs but all was quiet after 10 PM.

We really enjoyed our three nights here. It’s a lovely place, with spacious rooms filled with light from large windows. Each room has thoughtfully chosen, comfortable and well-placed furniture, with no feeling of clutter. Antoinette’s, a wonderful bakery, is a short walk down the hill for coffee, breakfast and lunch. Just behind the house there’s an entrance to a wonderful, shady trail with views of the Hudson. Nicole and Mike are gracious hosts who communicate very well.

Brian's place was exactly as described, and a perfect home base for our family of 3. Very clean, comfortable, and in a wonderful part of Brooklyn. Felt at home -- we would stay again!

Great place for a weekend stay. Short walk to the beach. Allison was very nice and accommodating.

Maria the mom of Yolima was very kind to us. We got all the needed information right in time and laundry and some food for Breakfast was also available. We felt very good and would recomend this accomodation for families with children who wants to visit NYC.

we very much enjoyed our stay in Magnolia Avenue. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. we were able to easily access the New York subway via the PATH train, which was a short walk from the apartment. Near that entry was an excellent supermarket. Also via the subway we were able to easily access the Newport mall in two stops. Lisbeth was very responsive to any questions we had and provided clear instructions for Access etc. we enjoyed learning more about Jersey City.

After my last airbnb cancelled only 5 days before the stay, I was in a panic when I reached out to William. Booking was a little confusing, but once we were able to figure everything out this stay was 100% worth it. Having a true bed & breakfast was amazing! The bed slept 2, and the 2 pull out couches slept the the other 2 in our group comfortably (4 adults total). We had an easy late check-in, the place was super clean and adorable with the whole basement to ourselves. Water pressure in the shower = divine. We slept in, had a wonderful breakfast prepared by William, and were able to get ready and leave a little before our noon check-out. 10/10, we would stay with William again!

David's place was great. It was very comfortable and was such a great home base for my busy trip.

I had such a lovely stay! Tom and Marie went above and beyond—starting my day by dusting off my car (a small touch that meant a lot), and cooking me a delicious homemade breakfast early enough for me to make it to my car show. I also got to meet Oreo, their sweet stray, who made the stay even more special. There’s a lot of generosity and love in this place. Highly recommend!

This is the 3rd time we've stayed here and, once again, was the perfect place to stay. Close to Seton Hall and our kid's home but far enough away you don't have to deal with college kids craziness. Art and Libby were extremely accommodating, to the point that we were able to have an extra car on the property filled with our kid's belongings for the final move out

Stayed here for five days and it was amazing! I felt right at home. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. Ron was amazing and even let me check in early. I would definitely stay here again!

What a gem in the middle of Manhattan. It's like a grown up dorm room, everyone has their own wee private space with a very comfortable twin size bed with a towel provided. The shared gender specific bathroom was spotless and easy to take a shower. Then on top of all that a vegetarian breakfast bar is provided with an impressive variety of food on offer. Honestly the best value I've ever seen anywhere let alone Manhattan. It'll be my go to spot for future trips to NYC .

I was lucky enough to get a room here last minute and even more lucky to get the Amazon room. Super cosy. Main light brightens the room tremendously with pure bright white light. Also lamp with dimmer by the bed with usb ports was convenient and a nice touch. Love the blackout shades, got some really good sleep. The bed was very was heavenly and very big. The smart TV was exception quality also very big and seemed more so than the pics. Great space to move around in, lovely welcoming gifts. The continental breakfast was better than most hotels. I wanted to toast my cinnamon raisin bagel, I used the air fryer and forgot I had a toaster in the room😆 My only complaint is that it wasn’t available for more days after, really enjoyed my night there. Also the hosts were very responsive and quick to message me back everything I asked, so accommodating. Close distance to trains.

Our stay with Allen and Anne was absolutely flawless—truly, we couldn’t find a single thing to fault. From the moment we arrived, they were lovely, warm, and incredibly welcoming. They struck the perfect balance between being open to conversation and giving us our own space to relax and unwind. We had some lovely conversations. One of the highlights was the delightful breakfast they prepared for us: fresh bagels with cream cheese and jam, accompanied by coffee and warm, even frothy milk—a perfect start to our mornings. Their home was just right for us—comfortable, cozy, and welcoming. We especially loved spending time in the charming outdoor space, complete with a table and four chairs, ideal for enjoying a quiet moment or a meal al fresco. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience—thank you, Allen and Anne, for making our stay in New York so lovely.
