Only 3 blocks to the PATH train to WTC (in 15 minutes) and Midtown (in 22 minutes), which runs 24/7, making all tourist attractions and shopping very convenient. Groceries, restaurants, cafes, etc.

You can reserve ANY nights of your choice, the price will be from $369~$699 (taxes, breakfast, afternoon snacks, wine/beer, and gym all included) per night. Since it could easily cost $80 per person for breakfast and drinks, you are actually saving a lot! No view to parade. Right across from Park Hyatt at a much affordable price. Rooms are 355 sq ft. large! Great value (based on my reviewers). By reading this, you have officially become my friend and will go in there as my guests.

Beautiful, spacious basement space in the owners triplex, 1/2 a block from Prospect Park with a beautiful backyard, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and living/dining room. NY law requires that we technically share the space with you, but you have the space to yourself during your stay. The owner is home during your stay. We are walking distance to subways, restaurants, shopping, movies, zoo and more. We do have a large dog named Max who you may hear from time to time (barking).
