The nearest swimming area is 10 minutes away (by car). It is close to the west coast, east coast and lake (Tingstäde marsh) so swimming can be adapted to the weather and wind. Within walking distance is Bäl village farm with barbecue and mini golf that are regularly available in the summer. At the house there is a south-facing patio with a charcoal grill and generous grass areas.

It is less than 4 km to Visby, 10 minutes' walk to Kneippbyn's water and summerland/sea. The house is on the "right side" of Visby and it is easy to get directly to one of Gotland's largest and most beautiful beaches, Tofta. In the living room, there is a sauna to use and there is a large parking lot for the house. ICA is 200 meters from the house.

It comprises of two bedrooms, a bathroom and a combined kitchen/living room. On the terrace, guests can relax and enjoy the sun. The garden is big enough for kids to run around and play.
