Kid-friendly holiday rentals in East York

My partner and I both agreed this is one of the best if not THE best airbnb we have ever stayed in, in terms of comfort, luxury, design, location, and esp now that we have young children, safety and thoughtfulness for kids. Somehow Alex manages to keep a beautiful place that is at the same time kid-friendly. Beautiful tree-lined streets and one block away from great coffee and restaurants. We adored our stay and Alex was so friendly and responsive. When we are back in Toronto, will book with her again :)

It was a good stay for the price. The host lives upstairs, they were respectful and very quite during night time. Don’t try to open the windows or the curtains using the strings, they are difficult to operate. The local is air conditionned.

My parents and I loved the place. It is really cozy and feels just like home. Kyle was an amazing host, always responsive and friendly. I will definitely recommend this place to other people.

James's responsiveness to our questions and overall asks made us feel at home and very welcome. It was a great place near a train station and many accessible places to explore. While there was construction going around, the location was very vibrant and had a lot of charm! Loved the place!!

We stayed at Brett’s place in August. I’m from Toronto but needed a base while visiting from the UK as a family of 5. Great amenities in the home and surrounding area. Easy transport links and a great splash pad 5 minutes from the house. Brett was both friendly and responsive throughout and I’d highly recommend, especially to families as it’s move-in ready for both toddlers and young children.

Easy check-in, was given the option to check in early. Quick communication with host. Right on the valley / taylor creek trail. Accommodated our dogs well and very friendly neighborhood/neighbors.

This basement apartment is perfectly placed to access all of what Toronto has to offer. It’s only a few minutes from Pape Subway and Danforth Avenue with its great restaurants, shops and bars. It was easy to find with clear instructions and the hosts were in regular touch to make sure everything was in order. The facilities were good with a large sitting room and a big tv with Prime to relax with. The bedroom is a little tight but we got used to that fairly quickly. All in all it was a very good experience staying there and I would definitely use it again if it was available.

Comfortable, quiet place to stay, nice neighborhood, close to subway and restaurants. Louise was easy to communicate with. Hope to stay again on next visit to Toronto!

Just what we needed for our quick trip to the Toronto area. Transit was readily available via bus. The space was comfy, cozy, and clean! Trains pass by fairly closely but we didn't find that it was too loud. There are also grocery stores and food options nearby, within walking distance in case you forgot something for your trip or need to grab a bite. Overall, great stay and very happy with choosing this listing!

Lovely host. Great location. A massive beautiful lilac tree outside the AirBnB in full bloom. Martin-Eric was a fabulous host! Would stay again.

Arno was an excellent host. He was very friendly and responsive. The place itself was very nice and in a good location. Very close and walkable to the Danforth Music Hall which was great since I was in town for a concert. and a quick inexpensive uber ride away from downtown. I would recommend Arno’s place to anyone!

Conveniently located, very clean, and well organized place with a full range of amenities for our short stay. Everything was as described and instructions for checking in, staying and checking out were clear. Would stay again in we needed something in the area.

Amir’s place is a great spot to stay in Toronto — very clean, quiet, and equipped with everything you need, even for a long-term stay. During the stay, Amir checked in several times to make sure everything was okay. The place feels secure and is located in a great neighborhood. Excellent communication, quick responses, and very open and helpful. Highly recommend!

Mehrdads condo was perfect for us. The view from the balcony, the proximity for bars and restaurants the CN tower and aquarium. Ten minute walk to union street train station. The condo was comfortable and well furnished and we felt very settled as soon as we moved in. Communication and entry on arrival was hassle free. Would totally recommend !

Andrews Place is perfect for a solo traveler. The property is clean, private, and offers excellent transport access to very interesting places. You can catch a direct bus from Toronto YYZ Airport with no need to change buses, and it's just less than a 10-minute walk to the property from the bus stop. It was truly great value for money.

One is always wary of booking online. However, Alyssa’s quick responses to our questions and clear instructions regarding our check-in lowered our concerns. This included photos of the location of the lock box along with codes. While the building was busy the room was quiet. We were very pleased and will book again with her.

Very nice spot. Go Train is very close. Only takes 1 train to get to downtown. Many restaurants around and a grocery store within a 5 minute walk. Parking garage is super great considering how difficult it is finding parking in the region. Great all around experience. Would recommend !

Amazing location and is exactly as described. A tiny bit tricky with finding it (due to construction) but the host was on hand and helpful. Cozy, so would not recommend for more than a couple
