Es war absolut wundervoll bei Leslie. Die Wohnung war super schön und wirklich riesig. Die Lage ist absolut traumhaft: total ruhig gelegen in einem Tal mit kleinem Dorf nebenan. Ein riesiges Grundstück mit jeder Menge Sachen zu entdecken. Auch für Kinder einfach genial. Überall gibt es was zu klettern, zu schaukeln oder ein Trampolin zum hüpfen. In der Unterkunft selber gab es Spielzeug und alles was man für einen Strandausflug braucht: Schirm, schaufeln, Eimer usw. Leslie war unfassbar hilfsbereit und hat uns unter anderem super schnell ein Mückennetz zum aufhängen vorbei bringen lassen, da wir etwas Pech mit den Plagegeistern hatten. Wir werden sehr wahrscheinlich nochmal wieder kommen, weil es uns so gut gefallen hat. Eine absolute Empfehlung!

Bernardo was an amazing host! We truly had a wonderful time at Bernardo’s place – we loved everything about it. The lighting, especially the brick-style lamps, was really unique and added a special touch. His place is also equipped with everything you need for a relaxed and hassle-free holiday. Aljezur was the perfect base for exploring the area between Aljezur, Lagos, and Sagres. The town itself also offers plenty of shopping options as well as some excellent restaurants, bakeries, and cafés. Communication with Bernardo was super easy, and he was proactive in making sure we had a pleasant stay. We can truly recommend him and his place!

Na een fijne ontvangst en warm welkom door Ana en de nodige uitleg, tips en rondleiding kon onze vakantie van 2 weken starten in Casa Oliveira. Wat hebben we genoten van dit heerlijke huis maar vooral het mooie buitengebeuren met als kers op de taart het zwembad. We hadden echt moeite om deze prachtige plek te verlaten om op pad te gaan in de omgeving. Je waant je in 'the middle of nowhere' en zo lekker veel privacy maar toch ben je in tien minuten in Tavira (leuk gezellig stadje waar we iedere avond hebben gegeten) en de omliggende stranden. We hebben (een deel) van de Seven Hanging Valleys Trail gelopen en dat vind ik echt een aanrader. Je hoeft niet perse bij het begin te starten. Daar is het lastig om je auto zetten. Voor ons was het ook belangrijk dat we fijne bedden hadden met airco in de slaapkamer en overal horren waar nodig. De buitendouche ook een groot pluspunt maar we hadden ook nog eens prachtig weer. Kortom: een heerlijke plek om zeker nog eens naar terug te komen.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Joel, Fernanda und Amândio war sehr schön, wundervolle Gastgeber und ruhige Umgebung, sehr angenehme Unterkunft, mit allem was man braucht. Wir durften uns vom Garten Tomaten und Paprika nehmen. Der Ort mit sehr netten Restaurants und Cafe's sowie tolle Strände sind innerhalb weniger Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Gutes Wandergebiet! Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Would happily recommend the hobbit house, what a beautiful place to stay. Very peaceful surroundings with cows for company. Like other reviews, would recommend 4x4 or off-road car as the road leading up to the property is uneven but we had no issues in a crossover. Ana and Michael are very responsive hosts and have local recommendations that they're happy to share. There is lots of space to go on walks, beautiful beaches within 30/40 minutes drive and plenty of space on the property to relax.

This is a great little cottage not far from the hustle and bustle of Lagos. Bernard and Carol were so friendly and made us feel right at home. They’ve really created an oasis outside. It was great to use the BBQ and relax after a busy day exploring. We just loved our stay and 100% recommended it to anyone that wants a little peace and quiet and serenity.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft nahe Faro. Das Haus ist sehr schön, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet – es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Besonders angenehm war die ruhige Lage, perfekt zum Entspannen. Gleichzeitig ist man mit dem Mietwagen oder Taxi schnell in Tavira, wenn man etwas mehr Trubel sucht. Die Kommunikation mit Vincent war jederzeit freundlich und unkompliziert. Er war äußerst hilfsbereit, hat uns sogar mit Einkäufen unterstützt und war sehr flexibel bei den Check-in und Check-out Zeiten. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen!

Já é a segunda vez que ficamos nesta casa, é mesmo muito gira, confortável e funcional. Óptimas de zonas exteriores de estadia, ideais para se estar e aproveitar a vida ao ar livre, zona da piscina super simpática. Localização ideal. O Frederico foi um anfitrião muito prestável e cuidadoso. Para o ano vamos voltar, sem dúvida!

It's Paradise! Leider kann man nur 5 Sterne vergeben. Dies ist wirklich ein magischer Ort und war genau das richtige für unseren Babymoon. Eigentlich wollten wir hier nie wieder weg und haben auch verlängert. Wer die Natur liebt ist hier genau richtig! Haben das Gelände kaum verlassen, weil es einfach Entschleunigung und Erholung pur ist. Chris und David sind wundervolle Menschen und haben sich einen wirklich einen Traum dort erschaffen. Ihre Tiere sind allesamt Zucker und waren stetige Begleiter alle Tage🥰🥰 Ein wunderbarer Ort um in sich sich zu gehen und Achtsamkeit zu üben. Wir kommen defintiv zurück! Charmant petit coin à part de la maison, en fin de village, presque en campagne, entouré d’animaux. La caravane est très bien équipée. Hôtes accueillants et sympathiques, disponibles. Très bon restaurant à 15/20 minutes.

We stayed for 8 nights. We where met at the entrance of the vast property and had a quick tour to get grounded. We had the pond house which is more than adequate, and has most things that you need included. The owners (Chris & David), have several really friendly dogs that came to visit, which stopped us from missing our dog quite as much. The local area is beautiful and very quiet, and sitting where it is in the hills you get no light pollution so the star show at night is remarkable. Chris and David, are very approachable and will give you as much information as you ask for, which includes all of the special little places that they know and recomend. The overall stay was very quiet, relaxing and peaceful, with no loud music, noisy people, bars or general traffic.. but if that is the sort of holiday you crave don't come to Talurdo.. bugger off somewhere else and leave Talurdo to stay tranquil and bathed in tender kindness and peace. The pool is another special touch, natural, clean.

Ein wunderbares Häuschen, sehr schön eingerichtet, wir haben uns rundherum wohlgefühlt. Der Gastgeber ist äußerst hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend und war jederzeit erreichbar. Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, diese Unterkunft ist uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert!

Het huis is prachtig, ligt erg mooi, superschoon en comfortabel en heerlijk rustig. In love with Guna. De ontvangst door Bernardo en Ricardo was heel fijn. Ook hun tips waren erg leuk en in venal van nood helpen ze perfect

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön, alles war sauber und es ist so schön ruhig! Francisco hat uns sehr freundlich willkommen geheißen und hat uns viele Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

La maison de Mildred et d’Alex, et le terrain qui l’entoure, est un véritable coin de paradis. C’est une maison qui a été très bien conçue et qui est faite pour y vivre. Tout y est impeccable et mieux que sur les photos. Au printemps, la vue sur les fleurs, les collines et le ciel étoilé, est très apaisante. La maison est près de tout. La rencontre avec Mildred et Alex a été un vrai plaisir. Leur fille Emay, aussi sympathique et efficace, répond aux demandes et transmet l’information très rapidement. Sans oublier les chiens Lilly et Louis qui sont adorables. À ce jour, il s’agit de l’une de nos meilleures expériences Airbnb ! Nous espérons y retourner bientôt.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Loft. It really felt like a little piece of paradise! We loved how immersed in nature it felt & particularly enjoyed the outdoor kitchen, being able to watch the sunset every night from the terrace & being able to make our own freshly squeezed orange juice from the plentiful oranges. The daily visits from the dogs was also a joy. Jurgen & his parents were lovely hosts. Lots of places to visit nearby & great eating recommendations too. We will definitely be back!

Villa is absolutely beautiful exactly like it is in the photos highly recommended, Would definitely stay here again villa is only a few minutes from the town by car. Everything you could possibly wish for in the kitchen, right down to a third fridge in the outside barbecue area. We stayed with friends, as 2 families so eight in the villa and had plenty of room. also separate areas for all of us so it never felt like we was all on top of each other I would highly recommend to anyone thinking of staying here Till the next time 😎

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour, les logements sont très confortables, l'environnement est très bien entretenu et verdoyant. Sublime terrasse !

Wow! What an amazing place to stay! We couldn't believe how beautiful this place is. House, garden, pool, the view over the mountains and the quiteness where absolut fantastic. 25 minutes by car to Faro beach just by to the airport. We would definitely come back. Our little kids loved the place as well.

We had a fantastic stay with Carlos. Carlos gave us clear directions and was helpful with suggested places to visit including Praia do Grande which was a beautiful sandy beach, like being in the Caribbean! The accommodation was very clean and well equipped. We loved squeezing the oranges and lemons from the garden and the peaceful surroundings. Lots of places to sit in the garden, always an opportunity for a sunny spot. There were restaurants nearby and a supermarket in Monchique. We only had a short 3 day break but can’t wait to go back. Thank you, Carlos, for a great stay!

Wir waren als Familie mit sechs Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind vor Ort und haben uns ab der ersten Minute wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist wunderbar eingerichtet und bietet eine sehr ruhige und angenehme Atmosphäre. Die Lage ist perfekt um Ausflüge mit dem Auto zu den zahlreichen spektakulären Stränden und Felsenküsten zu unternehmen. Fernando und seine Familie sind wunderbare Gastgeber, waren jederzeit gut erreichbar und haben uns sehr geholfen! Wir würden immer wieder kommen!

Karin's home was absolutely amazing! The decor, the comfortable beds, the amazing pool, everything was perfect!! It really felt like the Airbnbs I stayed in 10+ years ago, before it became a profession to turn cheap homes into Airbnbs. Stay here, you won't regret it!
