The apartment is in excellent condition. Comfortable rooms, equipped kitchen, complimentary water. It is a residential neighborhood, there is nothing to visit but it is convenient to go to the airport or events on the black river. Attention: Check-in is tedious, too many questions, forms, messages, post office. I was asked several times the same and the truth from before arriving was already stressed with so much protocol. Messages and more messages from the cohost part that, while trying to be very kind, was too repetitive. To know that in the end the information was not withheld and I would ask the other way around again. Despite communication inconveniences. The apartment is still a good option.

Beautiful condo with excellent views, very spacious and it’s nice to have two bathrooms. The building was very secure. Will definitely stay again. The host was very wonderful.

I had a good stay at this Airbnb in El Poblado! The apartment was very nice and well equipped with everything I needed — from a good kitchen set up, to fast Wi-Fi and a super comfy bed. The balcony was very much appreciated too. The location is good: just a short walk to great restaurants, cafes, but still quiet enough to relax and get a good night’s sleep. It felt safe in the neighborhood and appreciated the 24/7 building security. Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful, offering great recommendations and checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly. It really made a difference. I recommend staying here if you want a stylish, secure, and centrally located home base in Medellín. I’d definitely come back!

I had a very relaxing stay here. If you wanted to do something more the opportunities are endless. Maria helped give me many suggestions on activities and nightlife and for dining. The apartment was perfect with everything I could need available. The pool was clean and the views spectacular. The bar restaurant in the lobby area was very good. The staff was friendly and the food options were great. I highly recommend Maria and her apartment.

Absolutely loved my stay at this Airbnb! The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the area. The property was impeccably clean, and the 24/7 security gave me peace of mind. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist. One of the best perks was having a grocery store right down the block, which made things so convenient! Sebastian, the host, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. He was attentive and responsive, and even connected me with a wonderful driver /tour guide (Carlos) who was honest, respectful, and extremely helpful. I truly appreciated the personal touch, and I feel like I made a new friend during my stay. Highly recommend this place!

George was very communicative and helpful getting us onboarded and setting up logistics. With that said, his Property Manager Christian is one of the most impressive young men we’ve ever met. He was extraordinarily kind and helpful to our young family. All in all the ownership team went over and above for us during our stay. And now to the stay. The only other place we visited that rivals this scenic beauty was in Leissigen/Interlaken Switzerland, if that gives anyone a glimpse of how breathtakingly beautiful this part of the world is high in the mountains on a Coffee Farm. Our kids saw peacocks, exotic birds, and farm animals. It was a unique experience that we’ll never forget. Thank you George and Christian for opening up your world to us. I suggest if you travel with a young family that you arrange with them on transportation to make it all go smoothly as the prices are extremely fair for transit and they of course make everything go with ease as you travel to the Finca Naya Estate.

Incredibly suitable! Elizabeth was a super friendly and proactive host. She was flexible with my check-in and very attentive during my stay. The apartment is beautiful and impeccable.

If you are interested in visiting this area, this is likely the most beautiful house around! From the landscape, to the incredible detail of the decorations and you don’t need a car to go anywhere. You can hear the river from the many terraces, and the public, paved trail is just behind the property. Highly recommend this location and the service from start to finish was impeccable.

We could not have loved Finca Colibrí more and in fact tried to extend our stay! The house is more beautiful than the photos and the property is stunning and peaceful. One of the few Air BnBs I’ve stayed in where I truly wish to return. Everything is very comfortable and the house has everything you need. Thanks for the wonderful experience!

We had a wonderful stay. The floorplan is amazing as every room goes out to the terrace and has a beautiful view. The kitchen has everything you could need and there are thoughtful touches throughout the house like a Bluetooth speaker and powerful extension cords to make it easy to charge all your devices. The hosts were incredibly accommodating, friendly and responsive.

I and my 80 yr old group of friends stayed here and thoroughly enjoyed it. Had everything you need, great location and the neighborhood had a great vibe. It IS on the 2nd level and you have 27 stairs to get there. Also below the apt there are businesses & it is usually busy/noisy. But if you have no problem with the stairs or the noise then you abso-lutely should stay there. We chose to stay there in spite of those things & enjoyed our whole visit. Santiago is very good about communication. I would go back.

Clean, well-equipped apartment with comfortable bed and a fantastic view. Modern building with full amenities: a gym, a pool and 24/7 manned front desk. Walk to shops/restaurants within 5 minutes, to the center of Poblado in 10 min. Friendly host who responds instantaneously and provides useful information. I would return again.

Perfect spot! Cozy apartment, clean and comfortable. Very close to Provenza and other places, restaurants and rooftops. Second time in Medellin and I can say it was better than the first time. The apartment complex has a cafe in the lobby that offers breakfast buffet everyday for a really good price. Very convenient!!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Laura’s place! The apartment was impeccably clean and well-maintained, and we loved the thoughtful touches and the comfy bedding.
