Holiday rentals with breakfast in Eastern Townships

We loved our stay at Lise’s space. Plenty of room and in a quiet neighborhood. Located away from the busy city area yet a very short and inexpensive uber ride into the heart of the city. We even walked back a couple of times in the evening it was close enough. Highly recommended staying here.

Vickie's beautiful house in the woods is the real deal; we've had around 50 (almost all excelkent) Airbnbs in our lives and her house was the most inviting of any, bar none. She has thought of everything as a host and her house is extremely comfortable and feels completely renovated to the studs. beautiful large kitchen, incredible comfortable beds, fantastic shower and tub, awesome living room and chairs, games, TV, list goes on and on. Completely updated amenities, lacking nothing. Nicer than our house in Boston. Amazing for my family of 5. I'll just boil this down - Vickie is THE quintessential host and if you are EVER are lucky enough to have the chance to stay in her private, large cabin in Rangeley amid beautiful surroundings, book it immediately and have a blast taking in all the area has to offer in ultimate comfort. I rented Jamie’s house for colleagues coming into town for an extended stay to provide them with a home away from home. It was a great location and Jamie was an excellent host. We had one small hiccup out of their control and they immediately responded, and they were in contact with me throughout the process. All was resolved in a few hours without any interruption to my colleagues stay.

Very pleasant stay in an ancestral, spacious and welcoming house. Lucille is a wonderful host. We'll be back!

The location was incredible! It was scenic and quiet yet easily walkable to attractions and restaurants. Jean-Patrick and Stephanie were very welcoming and helpful. The neighbors were also incredibly friendly and kind. I highly recommend this stay.

We traveled from various parts of the country to Vermont for a cousin’s wedding in nearby Colchester, and staying at Frank and Carol’s farmhouse was the perfect choice. They were incredibly welcoming, communicative, and helpful throughout our stay. The historic home is tucked away in a quiet, scenic area with a charming brook alongside it. Mornings on the porch with a cup of Green Mountain coffee were a highlight. I also recommend taking a morning stroll to meet the friendly local farmers-such a peaceful and authentic experience. Highly recommend!

As everyone has stated over the years....the view is priceless. We enjoyed our morning coffee as well as slow afternoons watching the birds and nature through the floor to ceiling windows. Everything was extremely clean and location is close to everything you could hope for in a rental. We'd definitely recommend the cottage.

Great cozy place close to the heart of Burlington, perfect home base for a trip in the area!

a very nice and quiet place for me and my friends to relax! the river was sooo beautiful townake up to in the morning and we all made some s'mores by the campfire! right next to a nice restaurant and a Stewart's so we could even get everything we needed for the fire! would come back here again and thanks for letting us stay!

Super responsive host. Apartment is close to bus stations and access to public transit was very easy. Everything looked as it did in the photos. Kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and plates as well as various dry ingredients. Washer and dryer in unit!

We stayed for 1 week and it felt just like being at home. Everything was easy and fully met our needs. Highly recommended

I would give 100 stars of if I could! Best Air BNB stay I’ve ever had! Sandra was amazingly helpful and kind! The apartment was spotless and the beds super comfortable! Any questions I had were answered within minutes! Fridge was stocked with drinks and there were snack available as well! Also loved getting to meet Bowie and Emily! If you’re looking for a great place to stay, this is by far your best choice!

Linda was a lovely host. She has orange juice, granola, coffee, and milk ready for us which made the mornings so peaceful and easy. The house is wonderful and clean. It is very walkable and close to everything, especially downtown.

Pretty convenient spot...within walking distance to downtown. Only thing I would ask is to get some more kitchen supplies (i.e. measuring cups or mixing bowls). Overall worth the stay and would return.

Beautiful location to stay, very clean and friendly. Hosts are available and respond very quickly. The rooms are individually secured with number locks, a continental breakfast is available every morning, all you have to do is serve yourself. The only point that could be disturbing but which coordinates very well is that there is only one bathroom to share for the three bedrooms. Otherwise everything is perfect, excellent value for money, I recommend it!

Our stay was short but sweet

This is a wonderful Airbnb in an absolutely exceptional location on Lake Champlain and just a short bike ride from the Island Line Rail Trail. Karyl and Bob are wonderful hosts, very helpful and responsive but not intrusive. The whole experience was terrific. Thanks again Karyl and Bob!

At Balcon chez Juliette- is an extraordinary Airbnb experience- the location has breathtaking views, the cottage is spacious, warm with an extremely comfortable mattress. The host is clearly an artist as every item from the towels, sheets to the napkins are chosen with intention. Juliette is very accessible and provides an excellent and healthy breakfast taking care to address any food allergies that I had. I highly recommend paying this place a visit!

Great place to stay! My Husband and I had originally booked elsewhere and the location did not work out. We booked this location last minute and we were very pleased! The location is just up from the water and there is plenty of parking. Great place for a walk and there’s a few shops down the road. Breakfast is included and the maple mousse is delicious, definitely recommend!

This was my 4th time staying at Richard's place. He is a wonderful, friendly host. He has a well-stocked kitchen with all the cooking utensils one could possibly need, which I truly appreciate. Beautiful wooded location on a rural mountain road. I hope that I will have the chance to stay at Richard's place and ski Stowe many more times in the future!

Wonderful one-nighter, quick stay to see the Maine Mineral & Gem Museum. Room was large with very comfortable bed, TV, and sitting area. Especially appreciated the "kitchen" with coffee, fruit, and bfast items (wonderful pumpkin bread). Thanks, Carol.
