Die Unterkunft war wirklich super. Das Preis Leistungsverhähltniss war super. Der Host war immer gut zu erreichen und hat uns bei allen Anliegen weitergeholfen. In der Umgebung sind viele Möglichkeiten etwas zu Fuß zu unternehmen und es ist nah an Mactan Newton. In der Unterkunft ist alles was man benötigt. Eine voll ausgestattete Küche, die ich so noch in keiner Unterkunft gesehen habe und ebenfalls ein Unterhaltungsprogramm. Ich würde sofort wiederkommen!

Rooms 1 and 2 are so nice. it really feels like home. Bathroom are so clean. We had a grand time at your place. Can I make a suggestion, maybe you can place a dispenser (mas economical) for both hand soap and dishwashing liquid. Also I hope you can provide hand towels and brooms with dustpan insight so that we can also do our share in cleaning. Overall, we're glad we saw ur place in Air BNB. Thank you so much . Hope we can visit again soon.

We had a great stay at this property! The place was very clean when we arrived, cozy, and nicely furnished, definitely made us feel at home. Aesthetic interior layout and design! The kitchen was a huge plus, with complete utensils, a rice cooker, and a microwave, great for cooking. Note that Foodpanda isn't available; GrabFood has limited options (Jollibee, one local spot). A grocery run is recommended for longer stays. Upon arrival, we got the wrong key box code, but the host responded immediately with the correct one. The owner was exceptionally hospitable, even allowing family to stay at no extra charge. Minor issues: the bathroom had a strange odor (could use air freshener), and the sliding door was stiff with some small bugs. There is also no hot shower. Overall, despite these minor issues, it's a great place with a very responsive and kind host! We'd definitely consider coming back!

By far my best airbnb experience. Hosts are very responsive and honors guest requests. The place offers so much quality of life improvements and bonuses that it almost feels like a shame to leave the house to do outside activities. 😅 Perfect for those going for a workation since they provide an extra monitor. All necessities are complete and provided. This place is a a love letter to homebodies with all the bonus amenities that the place has to offer. 10/10 would recommended.

Northeast Haven is a peaceful and well-designed Airbnb in Carmen, Cebu, perfect for anyone looking to relax and reconnect with nature. The house sits on a quiet hillside, offering beautiful views and a calm atmosphere that feels far from the noise of everyday life. Every part of the space is thoughtfully arranged—clean, comfortable, and ideal for families or small groups. Spacious and clean home for our family of 6 adults! The outdoor area, pool deck, and dining room were perfect for the many visitors we received and entertained over our weeklong stay. We did a lot of cooking and appreciated the kitchen fully stocked with ample pots and pans, cooking utensils, dishware and cutlery. The strong A/C and swimming pool were refreshing amenities to come home to each day. While the water pressure isn’t as strong as our U.S. standards, having 3 full bathrooms was great. The live in family of caretakers use the bedroom next to the kitchen and stayed out of our way for the most part, but be aware they do walk around the outside premises throughout the day. They conveniently provided tricycle service when we needed it and replenished the drinking water often. The only negative (which is out of the owner’s control) is the music from the karaoke bars nearby which you can hear until after 1am every night! Otherwise a truly enjoyable stay and we will stay again!

Sun and Sea is an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and relaxed. The location is breathtaking, with stunning sea views and a peaceful ambiance. The accommodations were spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped for a perfect stay. The host went above and beyond, offering great local tips and ensuring every detail was just right. We loved sipping coffee on the terrace at sunrise and strolling along the nearby beach. The amenities, including the pool and lush gardens, made our stay even more special. If you're looking for a serene and luxurious getaway, Sun and Sea is the place to be. We can't wait to return!

We had a peaceful and pleasant stay at Jessica’s this June 2025. We booked the place because price was just right, quite spacious, with 2 airconditioned bedrooms, 1 CR, living room with Smart TV (including Netflix, YouTube, etc). Kitchen utensils were available. We just needed a refill for soap and shampoo when we arrived. The place was at the building near the guardhouse and next to the clubhouse. The unit was at the 3rd floor, but we had no issue or trouble with climbing the stairs. The swimming pool can be accessed 8am-10pm daily. It was just located across the building. There were clean large towels enough for us. All appliances were functioning and in good condition. The whole place was well-maintained. It was also very accessible to public transportation and there are some nearby restaurants on the area. You can ride jeeps just by the guardhouse. Checkin was very easy and Ms Jessica gave clear instructions for check in and check out, and how to get there from the airport.

Host is really responsive and gives cleared instruction, also it's a plus it's near to the airport which is very convenient. We really enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed the place. When I was reading the reviews, I was a little bit worried about the mosquitoes. But nothing to worry about, not a lot of mosquitos. I think because the care takers were amazing - they were very clean, they took care of the place really well, they were also very friendly and helpful. I really like that the place is well maintain. took care of us really well, by husband wants to stay longer. It is such a beautiful place, we will not forget the care takers.

Located in the center of Mactan Newtown, it is convenient and safe. Great views and looking towards Mactan Shrine. The rooms are in good condition and there are no inconveniences. We stayed for over 3 weeks for our study abroad program. Cleaning and laundry of linen was optional, so we did it ourselves, but it was not an inconvenience as we had all the tools. Staff response time is always fast and friendly.　 The rooms are on a higher floor, so you can hear the ocean breeze on windy days, and the sound of concert events when they are being held in town, very clearly. It is not as soundproof as a hotel. I would recommend this room to anyone who enjoys living in Mactan including that. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit in der Unterkunft. Es ist zu empfehlen mit einem eigenen Transportmittel dort zu sein. Es war alles sauber und der Pool, welcher ca 100m entfernt ist hat eine sehr schöne Aussicht und ist insgesamt sehr schön gelegen. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hat mir bei einer vergessenen Sache schnell und einfach geholfen.

My family and I had a fantastic experience with Sand Castle Villa . The booking process was smooth, the host was communicative and friendly, and the property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. I always stay here when in Tacloban, the house is exactly as described. Boyet and his family living next door are great people and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome.

We really enjoyed our stay overall. The only small issues were the occasional power outages and the lack of blinds on the big windows, which made it a bit hard to sleep in or nap during the day.

House only for you! Everything works well, easy to find it after arrival. Private entrance, well equipped kitchen, so you can easily cook. The owner provides drinking water (highly appreciate)! You can easily cook your own meals, no worries about food availability on the island. Ask local, where to buy fresh fish, squid, chicken on the farm. Vegetable was always available, no problem with cooking at all. Even there is no carenderia on the island. There is second accommodation on the island (RL), but they cook only simple *log food(cornsilog,longsilog etc). So if you want eat healthier eat, cook easily by yourself. RL is good for short stay only. Internet works well, on acceptable level. Globe has very limited coverage, you need go uphill. Carnaza is super charming island, stay at least one week and visit all beaches around the island! So worthy, beautiful beaches here! No tourists! Locals are friendly, it’s real authentic Philippino experience! Whole island is easily walkable ❤️

Maureen's place is a gem in a location without a lot of options. My wife's family lives in Danao and we struggle every year trying to find decent & reasonably priced accomodations. The space was as described. Great view off the balcony. Living room had a small TV and a portable fan. It could get a little uncomfortable if you weren't used to the heat. The bedroom had Aircon and it worked fantastic. As a result, we spent most of our time in the bedroom. Kitchen was stocked with everything you might need. Fridge worked great. Maureen does stock the space with drinking water which doesn't seem to be so common at BNBs in the Philippines this year. Bathroom was satisfactory and the hot water worked good. Water pressure wasn't so great but that's pretty normal and something were used to by now. Maureen was very responsive, going out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. Overall, we were happy with and wouldn't hesitate to book again.

The place is quiet, relaxing and peaceful. You are away from the hustle and buzzle of city life and it feels like your home. The balcony is a very good place to view the surroundings and have chat chat with your group and you can cook food. Water supply so abundant. Amenities are sufficient for the guests. My recommendation is to add a bbq pit where guests can have bbq and grill seafood.

La maison était très propre, très bien équipée ( ustensiles de cuisine, Clim, ventilateur, lave linge, douche avec eau chaude…)! L’emplacement est top , dans un village de pêcheur, la maison est à 10 mètres de la plage d’agpangi brown beach ( à 5 min en voiture de la ville de naval)! Eric qui vit à côté de la maison est adorable, serviable et souriant !
