Holiday rentals with lake access in Eastham

Michael and Fatima were wonderful hosts, very responsive with returning my messages and instructions for checking in and out were clear and easy to follow. Only thing I think I would change and this is nitpicking since everything else was as described in the posting, is having an actual couch to sit on instead of the futon. My guests and I stayed in last couple nights and the living room was a bit tight for us. We stayed in because it rained Sunday night. Overall the stay was comfortable and felt like a home away from home feel. Location was nice too, we could jump right on 6 and go where we had to go. Other years I've stayed closer to the ocean and it takes a bit of a drive to get to the highway. Thank you again for renting out your home! Enjoy the rest of the summer, Ben Kimball

Jen’s house was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, it was clear just how much love and care has gone into every detail. The photos already convey a warm, inviting vibe, but somehow being there in person is even better – which seems impossible, but it’s true!Also, the place was spotless and beautifully maintained. I was delighted by the fact that it was super clean and well-equipped. Also, Jen herself was wonderful – responsive, kind, and full of great recommendations. Every place she suggested to eat or explore was spot on. We especially loved the nearby Snowy Owl Coffee around the corner. The location of the house was also perfect: central enough to easily reach spots like Chatham, Harwich, and more, yet tucked away right next to a nature reserve, so it felt peaceful and private. One unexpected highlight were the bunnies, beautiful birds (incl. a hummingbird!) and calming nature sounds that we soaked up while sitting on the deck and in the kitchen or livingroom.

I had high expectations coming in, but this home exceeded them by far. The interior is spotless, the condition is great, you could see that the owners put a lot of effort into it with lots of nice little touches to improve utility and aesthetics. Eugeniya was super helpful the entire time, she and Rudy are awesome hosts. I want to point out that the location is also very nice. We liked the town, the restaurants, the beach (15-20 minutes drive), Mashpee Commons. Santuit pond is wonderful and provides some nice fishing spots. The big pleasant surprise was the Santuit Pond Reserve, it’s in walking distance and provides tons of great hiking opportunities. There are many other attractions nearby, I recommend visiting Heritage Museums & Gardens in Sandwich (20 minutes away). Overall we had the best time, I highly recommend this place!

The host was friendly and responds fast. The house has clean, comfortable, and located in a nice neighborhood. We had two cars and parking was very easy at this house. The host provided a binder with recommendations of places and restaurants to visit, which ended up being super helpful. There are many grocery stores, beaches, and shopping centers within a 10 minute drive from this location so it was perfect!

Beautifully remodeled home, lovely setting on a large pond. Everything was clean, the kitchen was well stocked. I am an avid cook/home chef and appreciate the decent cookware. So many places have understocked kitchens and wounded cookware. Comfortable King bed. Thoughtfully decorated. Nice quiet neighborhood. We travel with our 13 year old boxer who has traveled the country and we appreciated the one level living. We did not mind being farther from town, we love the wildlife and the beautiful swan swimming on the pond! The host, Benjamin, was easy to get ahold of, though we had no issues with anything at all. The booklet on Salt Crystal that was sent ahead to us was extremely helpful to us! We would definitely stay here again!

The house lived up to our expectations from the pictures. It was quiet and peaceful with restaurants and groceries within 10-15 minutes. Everything we could have needed was provided and we had a lovely stay in this beautiful home.

The house and Tam were fantastic! Tam's attention to detail in both the house and how it was prepared for us made it super easy and stress-free to get settled. We had an amazing time!

This was a perfect little spot we could escape to for the long weekend! We could have our dogs which was a huge plus for us and plenty of space to walk around for them - although it is on a small country road - it's not busy traffic wise at all which is great. It's an 8 min drive (or uber - easy to get) to downtown falmouth so you're super close despite feeling super private in nature. Would absolutely recommend.

We are already planning to return next year. This house was magical - the big open main room space with a lovely view of the pond was so relaxing to be in, we didn't want to leave. But the opportunity for our dog, Rooster, to go swimming steps from the house was a powerful draw to head outside. This is an area for people who like their privacy, nature and a quick walk to pristine and wild beaches. The simple-but-well appointed kitchen is perfect for spending time apart from the hustle and bustle of the outside world and enjoying good meals and great meals. Provincetown was :30 away and two great cafes (one French and the other the Salty Market) were about :15 away.

Such a lovely place! Peaceful, super clean, and overall excellence! Best Airbnb experience I've had so far!

The condo is perfectly lovely and spacious for 2 people. Modern kitchen, very comfortable king sized bed. It’s conveniently located to anything worth doing in town but still far enough from the noisy areas. We’re definitely planning of staying here again!

Megan's place was amazing and we loved our 17 night stay! We often stay in AirBnB locations when we travel and this was really fantastic. The location is perfect - so quiet and peaceful BUT super-close to everything in the area. The unit also felt like it was brand new; everything was in amazing condition and very clean. It was also incredibly full of light, which was lovely. Megan was traveling while we were there but her parents were there in the neighboring house and WOW - they were the nicest, kindest, sweetest, loveliest people you could ever meet. They really made it feel homey. And unfortunately, my husband and I both had come down with some health issues and Megan and her parents were all SO helpful with recommendations for urgent care and dentists. Amazing people and an amazing AirBnB location. :) Oh, and the washer/dryer were top-notch! One thing to note is that you might want to bring a sleep eye-mask as it gets bright in the morning in the unit.

Kathy was a wonderful host and the place was amazing. I will simply say I did not want to leave!

Irie by the Lake was fantastic. The home is not only beautiful and perfectly designed and decorated, but it was the cleanest vacation rental I’ve ever stayed in. Carol was super responsive and helpful. We are already planning to return.

Our stay at Lisa's place was very pleasant. Her home is very nice with a lovely view of the lake and plenty of space for large families (we were only four people but can easily accommodate a few more). The neighborhood does not have a lot of car traffic which is great for walking and jogging around the lake. And it is also relatively close to Falmouth downtown and convenient stores. Lisa was very easy to communicate with and is very courteous and friendly. She really seems to care about her guests' comfortability. It was a pleasure dealing with her. Thank you, Lisa!

House very comfortable feels like home I will recommend it to my relatives and friends and, Elizabeth is very nice and very helpful thank you so much for all your help Elizabeth till next time.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a few days during MDW and it was great. Andrew is a very responsive and friendly host and the cottage itself was perfect. It’s steps away from the nearby pond, which is a beautiful spot to have your morning coffee. The cottage is also in walking distance to Mac’s Chatham Fish & Lobster, good ice cream, bike rentals, downtown Chatham, etc. Definitely would recommend this spot and stay here again.

Our party of 4 loved our stay at the Tower House! It's old and creaky and charming and welcoming. It's nestled in the woods and has a sweet screened in porch where you can enjoy your coffee in the morning listening to the birds happily chirping. An easy walk to Dyer Pond..for a quick dip! One day, we actually went to Dyer Pond, Great Pond and then walked to the Beachcomber for a hearty lunch , then walked back to the cottage, then took a nap! The stairs in the cottage are a bit steep but have sturdy railings and wall handles to hold while going up and down. We loved our long weekend stay stay and hope to go back, Thank you Heidi!

My sister and I stayed at Dave's cottage which was very comfortable, clean, and well appointed. We had everything we needed for cooking. The bedrooms were very comfortable and clean. We especially enjoyed the peaceful deck and grill. It is right off Route 6 but very well located being close to bay and ocean beaches. Although you do hear cars going by, the cottage is very quiet inside and on the deck. It was very peaceful and serene. the beach chairs and umbrella provided in the cottage were very handy! Super bonus! Of course, we spent most of our time at the beaches - but we really enjoyed Dave's cottage and would absolutely come back for a return visit!

My wife and I stayed at May's place while visiting family on Cape Cod. As described, it's a cozy little cottage, which was just what we wanted. Quiet neighborhood. Most of our time was spent on the delightful patio. A short night-time walk to the pond was exceptional with moon light reflecting off the water. Next time we're on the Cape, we definitely return.

Art is simply amazing to deal with for a host very responsive, home is beautiful right on the lake plenty of room for 2 -3 families..this is our 3rd year staying and hands down our favorite airbnb.

What a gem! This was my best Airbnb stay yet. The cottage is beautifully decorated, peaceful, and perfectly located. Tucked away yet close to everything. We loved sitting on the porch, walking to Corporation beach, and exploring the local antique shops and restaurants. Andrew was a wonderful host; friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. The cottage had everything we needed. Can’t wait to return!
