Cabin holiday rentals in Eau Claire

We have nothing but positive things to say about our stay! The cabin was spotless, felt brand new and came with all of the amenities we needed, and more. Every morning we woke up to gorgeous sunrises and a beautiful lake view. The lake was clean and peaceful and we spotted turtles and lots of fish while paddle boarding… and a bald eagle while relaxing in the hot tub! Our kids would have loved the game room but this trip was just the two of us :) Angie was super kind and always very responsive. Highly recommend! We hope to come back again soon. Also check out the Lakeside Cantina for a fun night out!

Great place felt right at home and fully stocked kitchen and linens and blankets and towels for our group! Little slice of heaven to relax and rest and enjoy our weekend.

Sunset Cottage is the perfect weekend getaway place! We loved the West facing lake view for the amazing sunset each night, time in the hot tub each morning/evening, and enjoying the cozy cottage vibes. The town of Amery is great too, lots of restaurants, shops, and trails. Marjorie was also super helpful for everything we needed. We can’t wait to be back.

My husband and I had a great stay here for the weekend. It was very private as it's surrounded by woods. Great fire pit area, sauna and hot tub. There are even some walking trails on the property. The home was very clean and nicely decorated. This also seems like a great place to bring your kids. We would definitely stay here again.

This was my 3rd time staying here and we will be back again!!! It is so nice, so clean, beds are comfortable, kitchen has everything you need, hot tub is amazing, and the host is very helpful and responds quickly!!! This place is part of our vacationing traditions!!!

Excellent responsive host! Beautiful, private cabin with a phenomenal view of the Mississippi River valley. Inside there is a Lovely, enchanting & comfortable cabin atmosphere. Great fireplace! Good hot tub. Nice kitchen with everything you need. Except they need to upgrade the skillets & pots, which are very old. We left a note communicating this point. If you like pure privacy....this is the place! Transporting heavy luggage to and from the cabin can be a challenge. A long descending sidewalk can be difficult, especially for older guests. Young & strong....no problem. Overall we really enjoyed our visit. This cabin is a Gem!! We will consider a return trip.

Stayed at the lodge for a bachelor party & all of the guys had a great time hanging out & enjoying the many amenities offered at the lodge. Heather was super responsive & very knowledgeable on the area. Great place for large groups to come together!

I stayed here with 4 college friends and we had a wonderful time. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed to cook meals and relax. The hot tub and fire pit were fun extras. The hallway bunk beds are reasonable for shorter/smaller adults and were actually quite comfortable. The location is absolutely quiet and private with a great view over the river bottoms. Highly recommend the Stockholm Pie Company, Villa Belleza Winery, and the Stone Barn pizza in the local area!

Henry was an excellent host. He is very communicative and the house was in an excellent location for us. So close to the family we came to visit. We will look to book again when we are up for a visit!

This is the perfect getaway cabin! My husband and I came for a few days to celebrate our anniversary and are so happy we booked this cabin. It was so cute, clean, and peaceful. The lake views are gorgeous and the cabin itself came with everything we needed. It is nestled away in a quiet neighborhood but close to delicious restaurants, wineries, and more! We will definitely be back. We also brought our dog and the neighborhood is very walkable but there are tons of hiking spots nearby. 10/10!

Such a peaceful lake-side escape—quiet, tree-filled, and perfect for unwinding. The trail down to the pond is steep but in a fun, adventurous way, and the view at the bottom is worth it. The driveway was a bit rough from recent rain (a few washed-out spots), but nothing you can’t handle with a little caution. It’s nature doing its thing. Overall, a cozy, tranquil spot that’s great for relaxing and reconnecting. Would absolutely come back!

My friends and I enjoyed staying at Scott’s place! Everyone said how wonderful and peaceful it was. It was roomy and cozy! Absolutely amazing time! We will be back. Thank you so much Scott for everything! Your place will be forever in our memories.

The stay was amazing, I ended up checking in late, so it was dark. But waking up in the morning it was mind blowing scenery. The pictures don’t do justice on how pretty the cabin and view from the porch are. Very nice and clean. 10/10 would recommend.

Lori was super responsive. place was exactly what we wanted for a two day state park tour. very private.

First stay ever with just myself and my children and grandson, best vacation ever. Easy water access made kayaking/ water board so convenient and just that more enjoyable. The cottage was so cozy and comfortable with most everything you need as far as kitchen/ bathroom amenities. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

Jeff has an amazing place, very peaceful and clean. He had plenty of room for us to park our 22ft trailer with the sxs on it! I'm sad we were not around to try his wood fire pizza that looked amazing and listen to the band he had playing over the weekend. sounds like we might just have to book a weekend their just to relax and hang out! The cabin was perfect size for the 2 of us!

As advertised. Great Lake access and only about a mile from the nearest landing. Dock is a little high for smaller aluminum boats, would be nice if there were some tire bumpers but we made it work. Clean & comfortable for 3 guys.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was cute, cozy, and incredibly relaxing, exactly what we needed for a peaceful getaway. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. We’d definitely come back!

Large, spacious property that can accommodate big groups with multiple bedrooms, bathrooms and a functional kitchen. Highly oriented to the hunting community and had the appropriate decor to match. Quick trips into Mondovi and a manageable distance from Eau Claire. Overall, the property well fit our needs to have a convenient location for our group of 10 attending a country wedding.

Cabin is adorable, clean, just as described and had all we needed. The fire pit area is really nice, clean and comfortable. Even though its right on the highway and by other neighbors, the way its situated and the cabin acting as a buffer, it all felt pretty private. The supplied wood was so appreciated. Host was VERY helpful, and responsive! Great price for the location! We could hop on UTV trails quick and easy, right from their driveway, with Hatfield just a few minutes away for supplies and food. Great experience!!!

We absolutely love staying at Papa’s Place! Our hosts were incredibly attentive and quick to respond when we needed anything. Cute cabin with a great fire pit for many nights sitting out back on the lake and a pretty cool fishing spot as well off their dock. This is our second year staying here and we look forward to coming back again! ❤️
