Holiday rentals with beach access in Eccica-Suarella

Very friendly and in-person welcome by Paul with whom we had great pleasure in interacting! It's a change from practical but impersonal key boxes. Spacious apartment with a fantastic view of the Gulf of Ajaccio and the sea at our feet. Impeccable cleanliness, excellent comfort, top equipment, great brightness, not a sound in the building and a very nice private parking space in Ajaccio. All shops nearby and access to the old town and the Tino Rossi port in 25 minutes on foot by a very nice walk along the sea and the beaches. The day we return to Ajaccio, we will stay at Paul's without a second thought (or rather, with our eyes wide open, as the view is so beautiful!)

Myriam, our host, is a smiling, sweet, welcoming and available lady. She was very interested in us discovering the beautiful things of the Île de Beauté and that we had a good time there. For example, she welcomed us to the accommodation, with cookies and a bottle of white wine in the fridge! She also came to say goodbye to us at checkout. She also came to the accommodation to have us taste some local beers and discuss the must-see sites during our stay. The large terrace overlooking the marina is breathtaking, with panoramic views of the port, sunrise and sunset, and with good quality equipment, including a plancha which is very useful! Even the four floors to climb a few times a day allowed us to keep fit!!! Myriam, thank you so much for your warm hosting that made us feel right at home.

The accommodation is modern, clean and easy to access thanks to Andree's instructions. The accommodation is well located, just 5 minutes from everything. The only point to improve for us would be a microwave because with a baby, it's an essential for us. However, the host was able to respond to our problem by heating it at her place, but we would have needed it 3 times and we only wanted to disturb her once. It is therefore a great Airbnb, with an exterior to enjoy, with air conditioning, modern, tastefully decorated🥰

The apartment is ideally located, the amenities are perfect, the bed is extremely comfortable, the view is splendid. We had an ideal stay in this pretty town. Virginie is available, responsive, gives good advice and is very warm. We highly recommend it and will be happy to go back.

It was incredible, super nice, AC, easy parking, near beautiful water, and a short walk from shops that would have everything you need. Highly recommend, we want to go back already!

The apartment was as described. A very nice view overlooking the terrace. Close to beaches and the city center. We had a great time.

Everything perfect: huge terrace with fantastic sea view incl. Sunset. Apartment and terrace tastefully furnished down to the last detail. The journey to Porto is quite long and sporty over winding roads. If you are there, the surrounding area also offers a lot , especially hiking and boat tours . Beach for swimming 5 min walk (very rocky ) Melissa was always easily accessible , everything very straightforward. The beautiful jewelry shop of her family right below the property is a nice meeting place. Great !!!

Very rarely you find a place which surpasses your expectations. Christelle’s home and garden is one of these places. The beauty of garden, the views and private swimming pool are fabulous. The courtyard out door living space in good weather is also great .

Thanks to Myriam for hosting us and for her kindness! The place is perfect. A truly peaceful place close to the activities of Porticcio. It is fully equipped, which allowed us to be totally autonomous. The bedding is also very good . A small mention for the coffee capsules that came in handy! Thanks again! ☺️

If you are looking for a little slice of paradise this is the ideal accommodation, the very comfortable bed, the private pool and no vis-à-vis to cool off, the equipped kitchen and the animals that visit us, what could be better? Sylvie and Claude were very welcoming and invaluable kindness, it was a great meeting. We'll be happy to go back.

Danièle welcomed us very warmly to his place. We were able to understand each other despite the language block. The house is as described, perfectly clean and tidy with everything you need. We travel with a small child and Danièle has provided us with everything we need (crib, high chair, tub). The area is very convenient for those who want to visit Ajaccio but staying in tranquility and for those who love, like us, trekking (the departure to Roches de Gozzi is below the house). The piazetta overlooking the house is very nice and the small village populated by affectionate kittens. Recommended!

The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos. Everything necessary available and the location with the view of the sea... just fantastic 😃 We liked it very much. Christophe was very friendly and accommodating. Communication was great. Flexible check-in and check-out. He also gave us great tips for the area. Christophe is a really good host. Thanks for that!

We were two couples and lived our stay. The pictures of the house do not do justice to the privacy that the house provides. There are no neighbours looking onto you and vice versa. There are many places to sit in the house and also the various verandas and a great outdoor table for meals. Robin has used windows well with fabulous views. There is a good shutter system as well. The house is an easy walk to the beach, which was super clean and there is a bar for an aperitif. The kitchen is well equipped. The location is great to discover other parts of Corsica, we spent a day doing the local wineries and another to visit Porto V and Bonifacio with a beautiful drive through the mountains. Robin provided great recommendations for local restaurants…A Pignata, with a set 65euro meal and we loved A Machja. Get Robin to give you an instruction on opening and closing the washing machine….. Fabulous stay and we will be back.

We had a great time at the villa. The villa has beautiful views and perfect comfort, the pool is also superb. The place is a little isolated from everything but it's really not a concern. Nick and Constance were very helpful both with their availability and recommendations and with their flexibility on check-in time, we greatly appreciated and thanked them warmly.

Myriam is a great host! The accommodation is at the top: super well furnished with beautiful decoration without forgetting everything that is available upon arrival. A real plus that doesn't clutter the suitcases (bedding, toilet linen, shower gels, plaid etc.. and even beach towels) everything is provided without forgetting the welcome pack It is always available and very good recommendations. I highly recommend it!!

Great apartment, everything is spotless. The accommodation is well located a small beach 5 min walk away which is really nice. A more than beautiful view from the terrace that we were able to enjoy unfortunately only one evening ( the weather was not nice with us during the stay😒) but no regrets about the rental. The rental is ideally located not too far from all shops and places to visit. Ideal rental for a couple's trip. If one day we return to Corsica we would not hesitate to return to this accommodation .

A breathtaking sea view.. A real little paradise hidden in the scrubland but very accessible. Close enough to Ajaccio to get there easily but far enough away to be preserved. Adorable hosts, very available to go out of their way for us. We are delighted with our stay

as Stéphanie allowed check-in well in advance as well as checkout at the time we wanted, we did not have the pleasure of meeting her. but everything was well indicated with film for check-in. welcome booklet filled with tips for outings and restaurants. And clear, impeccable and tranquil accommodation with superb views... Recommended.

We had a great time with our almost 5-month-old baby. A crib was kindly offered to us, and the real plus: a real baby mattress, which allowed our daughter to sleep well. The view is just extra, the accommodation very clean and well maintained, as is the residence, which is very well secured in addition. The bedding is very comfortable, we felt "at home", which allowed us to rest well. It's quiet which also allows you to enjoy the large terrace. The very nice little extra: the essentials kit which allows you to have something to snack on, salt, oil, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper… and also the linen and cleaning included. A big thank you also for all the touches, including the gourmet basket :) In short, a great stay, for sure, this is where we will come back.

Laetizia is friendly and helpful. She gave us good tips regarding bakery, supermarket and restaurants. The apartment is functionally furnished; I have hardly encountered a better furnished apartment on Airbnb. A fairly large sandy beach is right by the sea; you go out the back door and you're on the beach. A shower would be desirable. The apartment with private parking is very suitable for people with a car. Without it, it is rather difficult, because public transport is said to be unreliable (statement by Laetitia).

Wonderful stay – highly recommended! The four of us spent two weeks in the apartment and felt completely comfortable. The amenities were exactly as described – modern, high quality and with everything you need for a longer stay. Particularly noteworthy are the very well-equipped kitchen as well as washing machine and dryer in the bathroom, which was very convenient for us. The landlord was always available, very helpful and friendly – a pleasant and professional contact. An absolute highlight was the fantastic sea view from the balcony – we enjoyed the sunset every evening. Overall a really nice holiday in a great place. We would come back anytime!
