Our goal when we built and designed this house was to create a cozy & upscale spot to escape to in North Conway. With Echo lake only a 5 minute walk & multiple ski mountains only minutes away, our villa is the perfect jumping point for any season!

This over-garage studio has a private entrance, a queen-sized bed, a futon, gas fireplace, kitchenette & bathroom. There is a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffeemaker & toaster but no oven/stovetop. There is a small gas grill available May-Oct. We have beautiful mountain views & are located 10 minutes from downtown. NOTE: Our driveway is long and steep. 4WD/AWD vehicles are often needed to safely get up our driveway in the winter. Also, you will hear the garage door when it opens & closes.

We built the Wren Cabin to be a serene space filled with light and art and with lots of cozy details. Lofted ceilings, a spiral staircase and large open concept with lofted bedroom. The cabin also has a gorgeous wood-fired sauna for those colder days. Wren cabin has a large wraparound deck for relaxing and an outdoor fire pit, as well as shared access to Adams Pond. Tim's place was great! Felt like home. View is amazing! Cathedral wood ceilings make the place so warm and cozy. Kitchen and bathroom clean with upgrades. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Location is perfect. Close to restaurants, N. Conway, and both Crawford and Pinkham notch for hiking and other adventures. Tim was super responsive and friendly. Would definitely rent again!

This was such a wonderful place for a contemplative solo retreat. I had a lovely quiet time meditating, reading, taking in the forest, and even got a nighttime peek at the Strawberry Moon from the window that shines into the treehouse-like loft bed. I’m glad I got to say hi to Maple too, what a cute dog! Terry, Derrick, and Joe were wonderful communicators. I felt very safe and at ease with them as hosts. Check out was super easy! So much gratitude for the peaceful stay. Highly recommend. I hope to make it up there again someday :)

An absolute gem if you want to reconnect with family/nature, relax and unplugg. It was so peaceful and tranquil. my 5 year old son loved being in the loft stargazing at night. we would be sitting in the deck by the firepit for smores and some snacks every night. Truly, one of our best family trips. Kendra is also very responsive.
