It is strategically located to reach every destination in the upper Susa Valley. It is 10 minutes from Sauze d'Oulx, 15 minutes from Bardonecchia, and 20 minutes from Montgenèvre.

Located in front of the central square with an information point and ample free parking, and within walking distance of all the main services such as bars, restaurants, grocery store, tobacco shop, bus stop and shuttles to Sestriere. Direct access to the private and large condominium courtyard where you can relax and sunbathe thanks to the excellent exposure. Great starting point for many trekking and sports activities.

We have decided to share our mountain house with you, confident that you will treat it as if it were your own home. The accommodation comfortably accommodates up to 5 people (for an extra bed, please contact us) and is located on the second and top floor of a small condominium without an elevator. From the balcony you can enjoy a beautiful view of old Oulx and the mountains. Guests will be able to use the private and covered garage, convenient for sports equipment.

Humble in size but independent and equipped with all the amenities you need, incl. private kitchen and bathroom. Comfortable sofa bed for two. The town Villar Pellice is three kilometres away. The road to the valley is all paved but has some hairpin bends.
