Holiday rentals with an accessible-height bed in Ecuador

A safe, quiet, peaceful place. Centrally located and with beautiful views. With the peace of mind of leaving your belongings and not worrying about anything. This time it was for work but surely if we have to return we will choose this apartment without any problem. I also appreciate that Mariagusta was aware of certain details so that my son's stay was as good as possible.

The suite is divine. Very comfortable, super clean and the building staff are very friendly. The area is super quiet for walking even at night. Sebastian was also very kind and super attentive. Would love to stay here again!

We stayed at Wendy and Xavier’s for a month and from the moment that we walked into the apartment it felt like home. You will never find another airbnb that is as well equipped as this one. There was everything from a full complement of spices, an array of small kitchen appliances, a bathroom scale and even a tennis racket and balls. The building is conveniently located across from La Carolina Park and within walking distance of the new subway. The building is very secure and we appreciated having a keypad for easy entry to the apartment. Communication with Xavier was great and his responses were complete and seemingly instantaneous. We had a wonderful experience here so much so that we are returning for our last few days in Quito before returning home.

It was a real pleasure to meet Jenny and her husband. Very friendly and hospitable. Every morning they greeted us with breakfast and were kind enough to take us in their car. 100% recommended. Very safe.

I had a short but amazing time at Margerita's. Her house is beautifully decorated, really personal. She has an amazing garden with agrumes and is a person who has a lot of interesting things to say and is truly understanding.

We had a great time at this unit. Definitely recommend it when visiting Atacames.

Love the place, everything is very organized and clean, I would definitely come back. The only problem is that since they are several family mites in one place, in my experience the neighbors did not respect that they were with more people around and started screaming very early on. As for hosts and a GREAT place. Maybe they could suggest being more empathetic with the neighbors to their next guests

For the 2 nights we spent everything was good. Very good base for visiting the Maglares Churutte nature reserve. Sofia is available and takes very good care of her guests.

I already had the experience of staying with Margarita, and I had such a good time that I made a reservation again. It's what you're looking for when you're away from home, the comforts and comfort combined with the warmth and exceptional treatment of the Superhost. I rarely leave such a detailed review but it deserves a badge and recognition. Nature, location, location, price and infrastructure make this place unique. 5 stars ⭐️

Martha and Gustavo were very friendly and responsive to all communication. The apartment was cozy and cool (good AC) and the bed was comfortable. The apartment was a 3 minute walk from the beach. I can highly recommend this location.

I would only add that it can improve the room's sun protection, since the air conditioning was insufficient during the hottest hours.

super nice apartment, the price-quality ratio is very good, and the location is excellent. One thing to consider is that it's a bit noisy, especially if you sleep early.
